Description

This spot is the yard on the back side of our mobile home. It is about 100ft long and about 8 ft wide. It has its own gate entrance. Is easy to get into, nobody will bother you. Private parking spot. Chairs for relaxing, toys to play with, also water for your fur babies.

Additional rules

The area is perfect for medium sized and smaller sized dogs. You are welcome to bring larger dogs, but we can't guarantee they won't be able to jump the fence. Do not leave your animals unattended at anytime. We are not responsible if you do and something happens. Please do not allow your dogs to chase, hurt, maim, kill or injure the feral cats at anytime! This is their home also. Violating this rule will get you banned from the property. Please put your trash in the trash can. No loud music There is a hose for use please make sure it's shut off after use and put up. Do not take dog toys, bowls, blankets. Leave for others to enjoy. Keep in mind this area is situated in a trailer park. So there are neighbors and other animals in the area. If your dog is aggressive or uncontrollable this is probably not the spot for you!

Fully fenced in yard on a quaint, quiet culdesac. Great size for large/multiple dogs. Easy parking, walk up gate. Lots of room to run and train. Kept well manicured :)
