Hazards

This location is in an area that is less than a mile from where the river runs through. That being said, this is the country compared to the suburbs. While we have the wonderful open air & complete privacy spanning 70% of the outlined property that also means we have a fair share of wildlife in this area. Including but not limited to: owls, deer, hawk, fox, rabbits, raccoons, snakes, squirrels, heron, frogs. While they pose no imminent threat to person or pet, we do encourage pet owners to keep your pet/pets in view at all times as the scents of the wildlife are very intriguing & are sure to spark their curiosity.
