This 5+ acre parcel is full of fallow field fun for you and your pets! This farm is also a certified wildlife habitat, so it's great for birding if you enjoy that! Humans can stay on the mowed pathways while the dogs roam the open fields. Active farming activities including beehives, vegetable growing areas and bramble patch! While the area is only partially fenced, a large ditch to the south, creek to the north, and natural wooded boundaries define the edges of the parcel. Recommended for dogs on leash or under good voice control as a nearby road is quite busy. Feel free to view the growing areas and honeybee activity, but please do not allow dogs to enter or dig in active crop areas nor molest the beehive located in the far SW corner of the property. Officially will be reopened for rentals starting December 29! Let your doggos run and play in a fully fenced, mature wooded setting right in the center of Indianapolis! The property is a certified wildlife habitat. As your pets play, enjoy birdwatching and sightings of cardinals, woodpeckers, blue jays, bluebirds, hummingbirds, finches, and more. Wildlife less present in winter. No pesticides or chemicals are used anywhere on the property. Grass is doggy-safe! Only organic cedar mulch with no dyes are present. A bat house installed at the back of the woods helps control mosquitos naturally in summer. NOTE: Straw blankets are in place to control muddy areas from concrete construction that was done this winter. I am controlling it as much as I can before reseeding the grass in spring and fall. Try to keep dogs off those areas as much as possible please, but I realize it won’t be possible to totally avoid them. Total lot size .67 acres; only the backyard is used for Sniffspot guests. Nearby traffic sounds are possible but not constantly present.

Located right off 96th and Ditch, convenient for travelers on I-465, Highway 31, or Michigan Rd. We have no dogs, but do have small children and a cat. This is not a good place for aggressive dogs for this reason, and because our neighbors have a dog (visible through the fence). Guests may park in the horseshoe circle drive in front of the house (please don't block the driveway to the garage) and let themselves into the back yard using the wrought iron gate next to the garage and trash cans. Fully fenced in back and side yard with a brand new 6 foot privacy fence. There are three gates for easy access. A back patio with chairs, and you are welcome to the upper deck, as well. I will provide plenty of balls and dog toys. I will have a pooper scooper and dog disposal bags available. Plenty of shade and sun with many places to sit and relax. Feel free to use the hose and give your dog a bath! I will have shampoo outside by the hose, but I will not provide towels so you will need to bring those. During the warmer months, we will try to provide different sized kiddie pools, and sprinklers. Your kids are always welcome!!!
