Hello! Thanks for looking at our family’s home. I do overnight doggie sitting and every client always says wow you’ve got a great yard! So i figured people may like to use it for their pups to play hourly. I will keep my 3 small doggies and others I may be sitting inside while you are visiting :) There is partial shade, chairs, swing set and trampoline. I can fill the small kiddie pool if you let me know ahead of time. Entry is at the driveway. Hope to host you and your pup(s) soon! - Brittanie

There are toys and treats for your dog(s), and chairs for the humans. We also provide a large stainless steel bowl for water. **NOTE: We often have back to back bookings, and as such we might not have a chance to clean and refill the water bowl. Please refill using hose or water provided as necessary. Thank you!!!** We have a 100 foot hose with different sprinkler attachments that you may use as your dog(s) please. Parking on street in front of house with side gate entry into backyard. Please keep pups out of the planters and off of the furniture. We take great care of our yard and pool and want you and your pups to enjoy yourselves while respecting our property. 2 dog maximum. (As of 6/6/24 there is some construction on the house and one side of the yard but our sniffspot will still be available)

This is a very big back yard large part pavers, large portion turf, and other dirt/ long crass vegetation. This big yard has a door that leads to the hiking trail of Whiting Ranch (I am not responsible for if you chose to go out there) but it is beautiful trail I take my dogs and kids on. At least once a month we see deer out there. On A clear day you can see to ocean, Catalina, and Long Beach. Great space for the dogs and the owners. You both will enjoy this yard just like me and my dogs do also. In summer can put out small kiddy pool and sprinkler for dogs to run through. Comfortable table and chairs. Huge balcony for shade and cover.
