Description

Welcome to our fully enclosed backyard, the perfect spot for your pup to run, play, and explore! The yard features a 4-foot fence on three sides, with a retaining wall on the fourth that ranges from 4 to 6 feet tall. Below the retaining wall is a small fenced area with a chain-link fence and a patio, which is off limits for doggy playtime but can be accessed via steps and a gate to retrieve toys, enter/exit, or use the hose. While this is a backyard, the street is visible from certain areas, and pedestrians frequently walk by with and without their pets throughout the day. For entry, you can use the gate on the right side of the house for direct access to the yard, or on the left side, where a chain-link gate leads to the patio and up the stairs into the yard. Our two friendly, fully vaccinated dogs will remain inside the house and out of sight while your pup enjoys the yard. By the gate on the right side of the house you will find a bucket stocked with sticks, a pooper scooper, a bucket for dog waste, and a few toys. Comfortable chairs are available for you to relax while your dog roams freely. Our neighborhood is safe and walkable, ideal for on-leash strolls. A nearby trail provides access to the Blue Ridge Parkway (leash required). For those looking to explore, several local favorites are just a short drive away: • Creekside Tavern, The Whale Outpost, Penny Cup Coffee, Haw Creek Park – 2 minutes • East Asheville Public Library & Playground – 5 minutes • Copper Crown, Filo Pastries – 5-7 minutes • Downtown Asheville – 7 minutes • Whole Foods Market, Asheville Mall, High Five Coffee – 8-9 minutes • The Chop Shop Butchery, Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor Center – 10 minutes This is a safe, fun, and inviting space for your dog to enjoy while you explore the area. Hi! We are a family of 3 humans and 2 pups. Our baby loves watching dogs in our yard and walking on the street. Our pups, Bailey and Jameson, love their fenced in yard. They’ll both be indoors while dogs are over and looking forward to the new smells from our guests once they go back outside! We look forward to your visit!

We have approx .4 acre area fenced for playing. Water access and seating is available.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
