Fully fenced back yard! Entrance gate is at the front of the house to the left. Fence is 6’ along half the front, one side, and along the back. Rest of fence is 4’ along the other side and front of house. The yard is half grass and half concrete patio. In the summer/fall there are persimmon, pear, plum, jujube, and cherry trees to pick from! In our space you’ll have access to two goodie baskets, one for the people and one for the pups. The people basket has hats, gloves, and blankets (in the winter months), snacks, water bottles, hand sanitizer, and dog bags. The pup basket has a couple treat options, a clean water pitcher to refill their bowl, a towel to dry them off, some toys and a brush and nail clippers. You’re more than welcome to bring your own toys and equipment as well! All towels, stuffed toys, gloves, hats, and blankets are washed in hot water and run through a sanitize cycle after each visit, regardless of use. They’re squeaky clean and safe for you to use! There’s seating on the patio and a fire pit available if requested. Please use the pooper scooper/dog bags and garbage can to clean up after your dog before you leave. We hope you enjoy our space!
Large field areas to run
The pool and hot tub will be covered for your safety. 8 foot concrete wall is a good sound barrier; although, it’s a quiet neighborhood. dogs are welcome to drink from the Koi pond in the front. The pond is quite deep; however, there are shelves built in. My dogs have not fallen in. The rocks on the ledge are sturdy. Nothing is off-limits in the yard. In our restroom available. 
Let your dog(s) explore this quiet, scenic country property at this lovely Sniffspot that is approximately 4 miles north of Prosser, in the heart of Wine Country. Mature trees provide shade on warm days, and easy access to water and sanitation equipment make your visit worry-free. Sit a spell and enjoy the fresh country air while you let your dog or dogs stretch their legs and be dogs again! ***Gate is to the right, text us if you aren't sure how to open it! Note: Although hot-wire may be in place, It'll be off so there's no risk of harm to your pet.
Beutiful spacious and peaceful. Let your dogs have a day off where no one cares if they bark and run!
5 acres of open land for running and playing and of course peeing... eventually I want to have toys and coffee stand and WIFI.
Small town backyard environment. Small children will enjoy the swings and trampoline and your pet will enjoy the sniffing around and a little space to run. Make our backyard, your pet's backyard away from home! Use our wifi to complete your work while your animal stretches and plays. Recommended to bring a folding lawn chair. Feel free to sunbath on the trampoline.
Small fenced in front yard - centrally located in Richland. Close to the hospital. Large tree in front yard provides shaded area. Large enough for dog to play fetch. Blocked out on weekends - however, contact me and it may be available. Open to having my dogs meet your dogs as well.
