45This was a nice open field to have the pup romp around in. Directions were a little confusing and it was difficult to understand how far the sniff spot really went. I’d advise reaching out to the host directly for questions as she was super responsive and helpful. She also offers poop bags and water upon request. If your pup is reactive to traffic sounds, it might not be the best fit. The property is large but is not too far from the road. Other than that, I’d recommend this spot for a nice run around. There’s also a produce market across the street!
45The owners dog was outside and barking nearly the entire time we were there. If you have a highly or even moderately reactive dog with a low threshold this probably is not the spot for you. Luckily I was able to move out of sight of the dog and my dog stopped reacting and wasn’t bothered by the barking, as we were far enough away to able to keep to his threshold. The spot itself is pretty and large and hilly enough for my small dog to get tired out. Owner left out water and poo bags, which is a nice touch. Two sides of the property does have pretty busy roads, although they are pretty far from the walking area and there are trees providing some visual barrier, if your dog is highly reactive that could be a potential problem so I feel it’s worth mentioning. All in all it was a nice time and my dog had fun running around on a long line leash.
55We had an awesome time at Maggie’s place! Lots of room for zoomies and exploring. Great space, even though not fenced it’s very private and we had no problem letting our pups run free off leash there. Definitely will visit again!
