Pasture is fenced with 4 foot field fence with electric wire at the top (not charged), and separate from the house. Front fence borders on 68th St. Plenty of room to run and explore! Let's keep the pasture nice, please discourage digging and pick up after dog. My Border Collie and Mini Aussie will find your leavings (it's a large space, I understand things get missed, it helps to carry poo bags to minimize backtracking). For human exercise... 6 laps around perimeter fence is approx. 1 mile, 6 laps around pond fence is approx. 1/4 mile.

Please make sure all dogs and people visiting are respectful of the farm animals. We have goats, sheep, chickens, and turkeys fenced in along the dog area. We have a roaming farm cat. Note to our guests regarding pricing: the cost per dog per hour will occasionally fluctuate depending on multiple factors like weather, how busy we we are, and the state of the grass. For example, In order to give the grass some time to recover we may increase the price to reduce foot traffic. These fluctuations are necessary to maintain a healthy and clean yard.

(We regularly rescue abandoned puppies which are available for adoption.) Please monitor your dogs and clean up any messes, as we seem to find them after guests have been busy on their cellphones. There are bunnies, cats and squirrels on the property so we ask that you please restrain your dog on arrival, for the first 30 seconds or so when entering the property to give those animals a chance to react to the presence of a new animal. We appreciate your business and love your dogs, just encourage them to avoid the home, porch areas and flower/fruit gardens please. Leave any hose running if found that way in summer months.
