3 Acre Fully Fenced Secluded Park In English Hill Redmond

Welcome! Our place is fully fenced with mesh wire. We have two husky mixes (who you won’t see or probably hear) who love the space and haven’t managed to find any gap in the fences to escape. Once you enter, the whole place behind the gate is for you to enjoy, including the fenced-in meadow, front and back around the house. You are free to let the dogs off leash as soon as you park and let them take the lead. Most of the land is flat and accessible. There are a couple of stairs and a small slope lead to my house and the back yard. (See 8th picture) Having two reactive dogs, I understand the significance of providing them with a safe space to unwind. We will never come out when you are here without prior communication. There are no visible neighbors or other domestic animals nearby. It’s the perfect place for the dogs to relax and decompress. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Come let your dog explore “the landing“. 42 acre farm with open fields and a miles of maintained walking paths. Extensive free ranging, never disappoints. Picnic tables available, access to 20 acres of fields and 20 acres of Woods and seasonal stream. Daily wildlife sightings. Turn up the stone driveway and park to the right entrance to the farm will be directly in front of you following the airfield landing strip.

High Rock Meadow

High Rock meadow is a 3 acre securely-fenced natural meadow, surrounded by forest. Please note that this is NOT a manicured lawn space; it is a sloping meadow with uneven footing and heavy ground cover. You can explore a network of walking trails that wind through the perimeter forest, while your dogs romp in the meadow and zoom along the trails. There is no end to sniffing material in this 3-acre playground! Again, the terrain in this spot is uneven and sloping, with some steep areas on the trails and possible muddy areas. Sturdy shoes or boots are recommended. Those with mobility challenges may have difficulty moving about in this spot. Additionally, we are located in a rural neighborhood and there are times when neighbors practice shooting. This is more likely to happen on weekends, so please keep this in mind when scheduling with dogs who are distressed by loud noises. If you visit and the shooting practice is going on and you need to leave early, please notify me for a discount if you'd like to try us again. I'm currently accepting bookings up to 1 month out. **** Please note that beginning in March 2025 thru Summer**** We will be doing tree work to the left of the first field you walk through to get to the fully fenced Sniff Spot area. We won't be actively working on it while you are here. We will only have temporary fencing in the first field (on the left as you come in though the first gate) as we the continue the work however. Please keep your dogs on a leash through the first field while we are working on improving the fencing and the area if recall is not good. ** This beautiful 2-acre spot is fully fenced - 4-5' high, gates 4' high. There are potentially 2 areas that you can use right next to each other (fenced in between). Please note that the first Pasture that you come to does have an area where dogs can potentially get through and back to the gravel road. It is right inside the first gate on your right in the forest area there. The great thing is we are not near any sort of busy road. One thing to note is that my neighbor on the adjoining property has friendly, smaller dogs, and they do bark from time to time. You really can't see them all that much as there is brush, sticker bushes, and trees in between our properties. That said, you may hear them from time to time. What I find that works in quieting them up is to just walk over and talk to them. We welcome dogs that have different anxieties as well as being dog reactive and people reactive. There have been many people here with their dogs who have done just fine. There is a spigot with fresh clean well water, next to the clawfoot tub inside second pasture. We also have a bowl there for your use. We have wood for you to purchase, should you desire a fire while there. There are plenty of chairs and benches for folks to sit on. Fully chain linked 6 acre property with 70 x 120 covered arena and agility equipment - A frame, tunnel, and catwalk. Two approximately 1/4 to 1/2 acre spots inside the full chain linked property (to the right of the covered arena) for running and ball throwing. Covered area and seating for the rainy days!

Our family has lived and worked this farm since 1912. Originally the fields were used to grow peas (1940's), dairy (1950-1960's), black angus (1970-1980's), hogs & dairy replacement heifers (1990's), fresh culinary herbs for the grocery stores (last 30 years). Every year the location you are at floods and holds at least 3 feet of water for a few days a year. The property has held events from town picnics in the 1930's, hoedowns in the 70's and a traveling circus in the 1980's. It is perfectly located 1 minute from Duvall and 25 minutes from Redmond. Learn more about this land: This 4th generation grass valley floor includes views of Mt. Baker and Rainer. Surrounded by retired culinary herb fields and planted cow corn to the west. Summer includes herds of heifers ranging the north. There are three culvert crossings on the open range and a fun walk thru the tall grass path on the south side of the fence dog area.

**We are open to members-only September29th-April 31st to limit property wear and tear during the wetter months. **To ensure your visit is an enjoyable experience, please read the entire description of the property, fencing details and my property rules.** *Bookings with multiple dogs- For every 2 dogs beyond 4, an additional adult is required. This helps to ensure the property remains poop-free. Our completely fenced 1.3 acre Sniffspot and completely fenced property perimeter gives you peace of mind that your pups are safe and secure as you let them play and explore. With a gently sloping pasture for running, trees and stumps for exploring, and low-level agility equipment to build confidence on, your fur baby is sure to find something that sparks their interest. When the temps start reaching 80°, the kiddie pool will come out to refresh your pup's paws! The pool will be filled on these hot days sometime between 10:00 and noon and emptied every evening. If you would like a fresh fill for your pup(s) visit, filled for a morning visit or on a day that temps are below 80°, please add it as an "extra" for $6. If we are unable to offer fresh fills on a particular day, the "extra" toggle will be disabled.  Although completely fenced, supervision is always recommended.
