About 30 acres of nature. No one but you and your pups and rolling green hills. Explore the land, find a cool stick, maybe even find an old cow bone. And best of all, no. dang. leashes. And in Spring, the flowers! Oh the flowers! 🌼🏵🌻🌸 Important Info:: *LEASH USE IS SOLEY ON YOU, THE OWNERS, DISCRETION.* ***IT IS AT YOU'RE OWN RISK** There is a barbed wire fence around the entire property. Any dog could easily get though it, so if your dog doesn't have a good recall there is miles and miles of wilderness they could get lost in. So I wouldn't recommend dogs who are flight risks. However with 30 acres there's plenty of land between the fences. There is NO SERVICES around. No bathrooms, no gas, nothing. Anything you could want or need is at minimum 30 minutes one way drive. Plan accordingly. If none of this has scared you off and your the type of person that isnt worried about their dog running off this is a very quiet, very peaceful piece of property here for anyone who could benefit from that kind of thing.
