Description

Great View of Pikes Peak and plenty of space for dogs to run and play. Very quiet area with no shared fenceline to neighbors. Composting 💩 station on site.

Hazards

Hard to see holes around white pole marked areas in septic leach field, our dogs dig, Yours are welcome to, just don't trip. As the weather warms up please be aware that rattlesnakes are a possibility. I have never seen them in the yard but definitely have come across them in the horse pasture.
