Fencing details: Property is not fully fenced. However, One side (the most USABLE) is fully fenced. But the front area by the road is not nor is the other side fully fenced. But the large pond (over 1/3 of an acre & trees frames things in nicely.

Amazing lawn- great for sniffing & playing fetch - & then there is a large private pond for puppy swimming & stretching those canine legs! The entire pond is surrounded by winding concrete paths for stretching your legs too! Both sun & shaded areas- lots of interesting wildlife can be seen. Nice place to play with your fur-baby. Note: ⚠️ No Fishing allowed in the pond ⚠️ our fish are friends- not food) Be sure to Check out our adventure extras! 🚣‍♀️🌊🧺⚓️ THANKS😊

Water hazard - large pond ⚠️Watch eyes / face for low hanging branches⚠️ Avoid fallen wooden bridge - its unstable mole holes or rabbit holes or uneven areas are concealed in the lawns- - It’s rural so critters & wildlife exists as well as their homes. Tugging or swinging on the willow trees can cause large limbs to fall.

(These are “sit on” kayaks so plan on getting damp) ⚠️Sorry but children aren’t allowed on this extra.⚠️

⚠️ Absolutely NO Fishing allowed ⚠️ ⛔️ Property is NOT fully fenced ⛔️ No smoking or approaching the living quarters /houses /structures Visitors are to remain in the front 2.5 acres in front of the house & structures. Don’t swing or pull on the willow tree branches- they break easily & can fall causing injury.
