This is a working sheep farm. You may see rams in the adjacent pasture. The L shaped field is about 2.5 acres of open ground. A second field is now open, adding 3.5 acres of short grass. Feel free to park directly in front of the gate for ease of loading in and out. You may see me or my farm hand at work. If you need a no visual/no contact visit, please let me know in advance.

Fully fenced (6'), small yard with a private gated entrance. Plenty of street parking or welcome to park in the driveway if available. Enjoy relaxing in the hammock or lounge on the patio furniture* while your pups sniff and run around! Grass, mud in the back corner, deck, and concrete to run about. We also have 2 small dogs, so if your pup ever wants some play time, just reach out to me ahead of time. * Furniture is packed up for winter. Please visit starting in the Spring to enjoy!

Shaded and open areas. House located on a cul-de-sac. In the process of becoming a "Certified Backyard Habitat" by the Audubon Society. Native plants & trees encourage native species (butterflies, hummingbirds, etc). Grass is green in the spring and fall, can be yellow/green in the summer (water preservation.) Water, water bowl, & balls/toys are available for dogs. Bench & chairs for use. Picnic table shaded by trees. Lights on 2 story deck, lights that surround the deck, and lights above the cement patio available upon request. Plastic bags available to pick up messes, you can place bags in trash (blue bucket.) Deck/stairs, trampoline & fire pit off limit at this time.

Come enjoy the outdoors with beautiful views, open areas, forest trails, graveled roads, and a creek. You will park at our xmas tree parking lot where you will start your adventure. There are graveled roads and trails to hike, along with a creek that runs thru the property. You will have cell phone service at the Christmas tree lot area where you will park, but no cell phone service if you decide to hike around. There are seats at the xmas tree lot along with water and a garbage can 🐶. Nature in the City is a unique Private Dog Park that is 1 1/2 acres of beautiful natural land with varied landscapes. Step out of the city and into our natural setting that features different areas including 2 grassy fields perfect for fetch w/discs, ropes, or toys, (balls are not best here due to all of the surrounding bushes), a couple of forested areas, a tall grassy wetland-like area, several nature trails for hiking adventures where your dog(s) can explore, run & feel free, and a healthy little creek that’s a hit with the pups. They can wade, cool off, and drink from the natural water. Your dogs will have so many different sniffing and secure off-leash exploring opportunities here! Our spot is so much more than just a fenced field! The area is diverse and so much fun for your dog(s)! This is a great spot to work on recall. There are a couple areas on the trails that are a little steep, there’s a trail where you have to walk on logs 🪵, and the little creek has to be stepped over, so people with limited mobility may have issues in these areas of the spot. There are plenty of spaces and trails that are suitable for all abilities. If you’re looking for a basic fenced field to play chuck-it then this probably isn’t your spot. We are continually working on our property, so every time you visit it will have more open space, more trails, and the blackberry bushes will be trimmed back. We provide a rain/sun shelter with 4 foldable chairs and lots of supplies including dog toys & balls, poop bags, hand sanitizer, natural bug spray, wipes, hand towels, first aid kit, and a cornhole yard game. Located outside are 2 zero-gravity reclining chairs, a kids size picnic table, and fresh drinking water for your pups. There are open areas with sun ☀️, and there is shade all day due to many large trees. Our property is fully secure with 5 to 6 ft fencing. We walk the fence line regularly and check to make sure it’s secure. We are located close-in on the Westside of Vancouver one mile from I-5 on 78th Street in West Hazel Dell near Felida. *It gets muddy in areas when it has been wet/raining outside. Come prepared so you enjoy your visit. **We just added 6 solar flood lights in the main field area for those of you who need to visit after dark. They light up the entryway, main field, and the shelter. Thank you!

Our two acre space (the back 3 acres are closed until spring 2025) is only 1.2 miles off of I-5. Enjoy this peaceful setting with your furry friends. Sapphire Point is an unfenced, private, 10 acres with excellent mountain views, hiking trails, and seasonal creek. This location provides your pup, and you, access to uninterrupted forest land with expansive mountain views and many fun new smells. The three primary trails are marked with pink ribbons and the property perimeter is marked with white ribbons for easy navigation. Hiking the slopes can be a workout for us humans, so let yourself rest at the different benches while your pup plays. You're invited to pack a little snack and make it part of your adventure.
