My husband and I have a German shepherd and a Pitt Bull/ lab mix needless to say we love dogs! I know without a fenced in backyard and the dog park down the road it would be hard for my dogs to get enough exercise so that is why I’m renting out the backyard to give others and their dogs a safe place to get exercise and have fun. We are working on fixing the deck so excuse the mess in the pictures but we will have it fixed in the next week.
Twenty-seven acres right outside of 28021 city limits. Former cattle and sheep pasture, currently empty of livestock but waiting for you and your pup(s) to explore! Variety of areas: from large open pastures to heavily wooded (but still easily accessible/walkable) areas = lots to see, hear, and sniff! No need to pick up after your pet either! Water available multiple locations: outside the fenced pastures near block building/parking via hose pipe at the well near the garden 🪴 or inside the pastures (look for the blue barrels and the cattle waterers).
We have a huge fenced in backyard, around 1/2 acre, and there’s a smaller fenced in area in the backyard. During the summer when it gets hot we’ll have a kiddie pool and a water hose you’re free to use. I can also provide a few chairs, and water for the pups if needed! **Our neighbor has a dog (who's a very sweet boy) who lives outside and shares a fence with us. Some guests have dogs that are very reactive so I wanted to give a heads up!
**The pool is closed for the winter** Welcome! We have a fun property your dogs will love! We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool. Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. We will open back up when the weather is nicer. Each time we clean up we get another storm. Check back in March. You will have 8 acres fenced in to roam. Trash & Amenities: The trash can and other amenities are inside the carport. Seating: We have a table and four chairs in the bamboo/shaded area in the very back if you would like to have a picnic off the ground. At any time, you can request more seating. In addition, we have a bench inside the carport. Fence: The fence is four feet on three sides and five feet on the road side. The front fence is wood slats/split rail with wire. On other sides we have wire and chain link. *There are critters that like to lift up our wire fencing. Just beware if you have a tiny dog.* Wildlife: You may see snakes, rabbits, deer, and squirrels. There have been times that deer will be stuck inside our fencing. * We see hawks occasionally. Please watch your little dogs* Grounds: It is a hilly and lumpy so be careful where you step. ** Watch out for fire ant hills** Water: You have access to our well and a large water bowl. There should be at least one small water bowl in the carport as well.

Hello! I'm Patrick. All dogs are welcome to my private dog park! There is shade near the edges of the yard by the trees. Comfortable areas for you to relax while your dog plays. The water hose is next to the A/C unit. Feel free to use the outdoor amenities. We have some bug spray, etc. for your use. You can park up front on the U-shape driveway. Please enter the park through the gate to the right, next to the column.
Cute little backyard for your fur baby to run around in. Also, welcome to sit on screened in porch to watch your fur babies. Lots of parking on side road since house is a corner lot.
1.2 acres fully fenced yard. Lots of spots to explore, dig and run. I have a table and chairs to sit on, a dog bowl, water hose, toys, and treats for the pups and humans! We love to share our property with other fur babies 🐾🐾
