Description

This is a private property only designated for dogs and families to enjoy the lake view and open air. Do you want to throw a doggo party? This is a great spot also for picnics, privacy & even photography, to relieve stress, and/or just that quality time with your furry pal(s). Great place to work on some training skills. Hazards

Steep hill terrain. Please be careful and mindful of any holes in ground from the rain there may be foxtales depending on season/climate. Every now and then we are bringing in dirt to fill the land so you may see someone working on a tractor on the property.

Please contact “prior” to showing up. If not you will be considered trespassing & any vehicle may be subject to tow away. Leave color & description of vehicle allowed. All laws will be punishable to the trespasser. There is “no smoking” allowed on our property & please dispose of all trash/poop left by you/your dogs, please fill back any/all holes dug up by your party prior to leaving. Please respect the sniff spot property/location & enjoy!

Kimberly's 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Park In Temecula

Relaxing and quiet rustic country acre only one mile from town, mall, restaurants, etc. Dry creek bed, small pond, lots of shade and seating and table area choices. Beautiful views, birds, fountain, 3 goats, flowers, butterfly garden, sand volleyball court, olive trees, orchard, barn, small vineyard, rock and gravel areas, two huge flat lawns, soccer ball, patios, umbrellas, plenty of parking for groups, trail right out of our gate runs through neighborhood with giant meadow area!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
