55Very nice back yard area for the pups to run around and play. They loved exploring the bushes and trees. Nice large grassy area as well.
55Very clean and secure. We left early since our dog was barking.
55We love the new toys that they have recently added.
55This was a nice space to tire my doggo out and we both loved it, I will most likely return again. She loved all the extra foliage to explore and I felt great about security of the space. The canopy was great because our visit was in the rain!
55Great big space for my dog to run around. However, there’s a spot near the shed by the wooden fences that I didn’t feel too secure, due to another dog barking. And I have a reactive dog so it was distracting for him. Overall though, it’s a great, clean space with so much amenities and shaded areas. We hope to come back again. ☺️
55Huge yard, very clean, my dog had a blast!! Highly recommend!
55Harper and I enjoyed our visit today. Thank you, and we will be back soon.
55Great back yard. Lots of room for our dogs to run. They loved exploring.
55Our favorite spot! Plenty space for them to run & toys to play with. Time flies by in this place! Great spot to bring your doggo solo and with their friends.
55Lots of space for dogs to run around and sniff at. My 8lb girl enjoyed sniffing every corner and zooming in all kinds of shapes! The space is really lovely to be in, for human guests as well, with plenty of seating and a large patio table under a gazebo. There are two gates to the backyard, the one intended for guest use with a sign is on the left as you face the house. For folks with smaller dogs, be aware that there is a gap under this gate large enough that your pup could get out if you weren't paying attention. With that said, my girl only sniffed at it a bit and moved on. Overall, lovely space with lots of room for canine guests to run and play while also being welcoming and comfortable for human guests!

Nature in the City Private Dog Park

Nature in the City is a unique Private Dog Park that is 1 1/2 acres of beautiful natural land with varied landscapes. Step out of the city and into our natural setting that features different areas including 2 grassy fields perfect for fetch w/discs, ropes, or toys, (balls are not best here due to all of the surrounding bushes), a couple of forested areas, a tall grassy wetland-like area, several nature trails for hiking adventures where your dog(s) can explore, run & feel free, and a healthy little creek that’s a hit with the pups. They can wade, cool off, and drink from the natural water. Your dogs will have so many different sniffing and secure off-leash exploring opportunities here! Our spot is so much more than just a fenced field! The area is diverse and so much fun for your dog(s)! This is a great spot to work on recall. There are a couple areas on the trails that are a little steep, there’s a trail where you have to walk on logs 🪵, and the little creek has to be stepped over, so people with limited mobility may have issues in these areas of the spot. There are plenty of spaces and trails that are suitable for all abilities. If you’re looking for a basic fenced field to play chuck-it then this probably isn’t your spot. We are continually working on our property, so every time you visit it will have more open space, more trails, and the blackberry bushes will be trimmed back. We provide a rain/sun shelter with 4 foldable chairs and lots of supplies including dog toys & balls, poop bags, hand sanitizer, natural bug spray, wipes, hand towels, first aid kit, and a cornhole yard game. Located outside are 2 zero-gravity reclining chairs, a kids size picnic table, and fresh drinking water for your pups. There are open areas with sun ☀️, and there is shade all day due to many large trees. Our property is fully secure with 5 to 6 ft fencing. We walk the fence line regularly and check to make sure it’s secure. We are located close-in on the Westside of Vancouver one mile from I-5 on 78th Street in West Hazel Dell near Felida. *It gets muddy in areas when it has been wet/raining outside. Come prepared so you enjoy your visit. **We just added 6 solar flood lights in the main field area for those of you who need to visit after dark. They light up the entryway, main field, and the shelter. Thank you!
