Thoughtfully designed with your pet’s safety in mind, the park is securely fenced, with two sides at 6 feet and the other two at 4 and 5 feet, ensuring your dog can play freely and safely. When you arrive, simply park horizontally next to the fence and enter through the black metal door, which will be open for your convenience. Doggy bags are always available, and we kindly ask that you please clean up after your dog to help keep the park beautiful for everyone. A Note on Safety and Park Care: Please be aware that ground squirrels also call our property home, so there may be some holes. We recommend wearing appropriate footwear (no heels) for your safety. To help us keep the ground safe and beautiful for all our guests, we also ask that you prevent your dog from digging, as this can create tripping hazards. We know some pups just love to dig! If your dog does make a hole, we kindly ask that you use the provided shovel to fill it in and return the area to its original condition before you leave. Rainy Day Amenities: On rainy days, our rinsing station is available to help clean up muddy paws before heading home. We also ask that you please leave any dirty tennis balls in the blue tub with soapy water, located on the other side of the fence, to keep them fresh for the next guest. Two beautiful horses have moved in next door! While they are not always visible, you might hear a friendly “hee” every now and then. To ensure a harmonious environment for everyone, we kindly request that you maintain a distance of at least 5 feet from our neighbor’s fence at the top of the property. Whether you are looking to exercise your dog, do some training, or you and your friends are looking for a fun afternoon having the pups run around. This is the place for you. Creekside dog park / Taylor pond

Taylor pond is a 5 acre pond located in the heart of Poway. The amenities include a grass yard and yard in the back filled with wood chips and a eucalyptus grove as well of course as the pond. Keep in mind when you bring your dog we turn to work in the yard and also rent out a building in the back to Airbnb. So please make sure your dog is friendly with people.

Fully Fenced Private Yard (centrally located near SDSU)

Chain link on both sides allows views into neighbors’ yards, both of whom have dogs and one of whom have kids. They are rarely in their yards. The back of the yard that borders the canyon is a wooden fence which you cannot see through. You need to park at the bottom of the hill on a different street and walk up the path to access the back of the yard and I will leave the gate unlocked for you. I will send more detailed directions when you book. Do not park in front of my house. I will ensure my dogs are inside when sniff spots are booked but if they see your dogs out the window they may bark. I will leave out some bowls of water and per your request can fill a kiddie pool with water for swimming at the top of the hill closest to my house. You will not have hose access. Please do not enter the astroturf section of my backyard that borders the house and has a separate fence.

We recently purchased our home and I would love to share my backyard with your pups to help get the zoomies out or to just bask in the sun! Our yard provides a mixture of terrain including turf, grass, DG, mulch & rocks! Along with lots of space for play, you have the ability to add on our top deck which includes a refreshing pool & a hill the pups love to run up!
