The perfect spot for you and your dog to lounge in the sun or play fetch up the long driveway. The yard is entirely fenced with lots of spots to sniff and explore.

HOST NOTE

On hot summer days where the temperature is above 80 degrees, the turf can get hot in the direct sun during the middle of the day around 12pm-3pm. If you plan to come during that time we recommend using the garden hose (sparingly, we are trying to control the mosquito population and avoid any unnecessary puddles to minimize mess) to cool off the turf and/or bringing a picnic blanket for dogs that like to lounge.

Additional rules

The front garden and 2nd floor back patio are OFF LIMITS. Please do your best to keep your dogs from getting into these spaces especially the front garden as we would like to prevent any damage to the plants especially the new seedlings. Once the edible plants are available we will offer a community basket for you to pick from and take some home! There is a $10 fee if you have more than 4 people joining you. Please select this add on option with your reservation if you plan on bringing 5+ people with you and message us ahead of time to let us know. Finally, please leave the yard as you found it. We have a brush provided to sweep up any dirt and paw prints left on the furniture, a garden hose available for any mess on the turf, and garbage/recycling bins are located on the side of the house next to the driveway for any trash.

Hello and welcome to our yard! My dog, Bernard, passed away last year and I wanted to continue to honor his memory by opening up his yard for more pups to enjoy. We spent many afternoons here lounging together in the sun, it's the perfect space for both dogs and their humans to enjoy.
