35The space itself is nice and big but could use a clean up- in the spot and outside. I cleaned up 3 piles of poop and cigarette butts, and some random trash. (I just always think of dogs that will eat anything and everything). The place has a lot of toys, and some agility equipment which was my main reason for picking the place. It’s very reasonable and my dog seemed to have a good time and got some zoomies out. Thank you 🙏🐶

We have chickens. If your dog is not in the dog run they may smell chickens on the side yard. They can not see them but can smell and hear them. Keep dogs in dog run and they won’t know the chickens are there.

Directions: Enter driveway through back alley entrance of 23900 victory Blvd Woodland Hills. Once in yard, Close large driveway gate. Let dogs out of vehicle and straight into the dog activity center/dog run. Make sure all gates stay closed and locked. You may see my dogs inside the house if so I apologize. I try to minimize that. Thank you. Enjoy!!

Please note NO BATHROOM is provided. *Please do not touch any pool system control in the backyard. You will be responsible for the damage if misused. *Please watch out for your dogs' activities at all times. The host is not liable for any injuries or damages that could happen to dogs and pet parents. *Please bring your own towels. *Pool is professionally cleaned by the pool cleaning company every Tuesday and there might be pool chemicals. * Before going in the pool please use the provided deshedding brush on long-haired breeds to keep the pool clean. SPOT/POOL RULES (please read) *This is a private session for your pets, please supervise your dog at all times. *Two pet parents per dog, please. Additional humans can be added as an extra. Children are not allowed on the site for safety reasons. *The deep end of the pool is up to 9 ft deep. Pets & humans swim at their own risk. The host is not responsible for any liability as there is NO lifeguard on site. *Pet parents are welcome to enter the pool to help and support your dog swimming, but are asked to primarly remain on dry ground. Please note NO BATHROOM is provided. *Please do not touch any pool system control in the backyard. You will be responsible for the damage if misused. *Please watch out for your dogs' activities at all times. The host is not liable for any injuries or damages that could happen to dogs and pet parents. *Please bring your own towels. *Pool is professionally cleaned by the pool cleaning company every Tuesday and there might be pool chemicals. * Before going in the pool please use the provided deshedding brush on long-haired breeds to keep the pool clean. Feel free to use the provided pool skimmer to clean the surface of the pool of any dog hair. *Please close the pool umbrella at the end of your visit if you used it. *No dog treats/human food or glassware in the pool. *Please note there are external security cameras on the side gate entrances and the backyard. Video footage is only accessed should there be security incidents.
