Description

Welcome to the Ordway House! Open 24 hours in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to major streets/highways. Accessible! Lots of grass, trees, and shade. Plenty of toys and space to run around in. Friendly neighbors and neighbor dogs. Splash Zone applicance available. For filming, please contact owner via chat.

Party or Event100 credits

$100 & up depending on number of guests and event length, requires at least 7 days' notice. Restroom access can be added for groups reserving for 1.5 hours or more. We aren't yet licensed to provide food-service materials (food, drinks, serveware). We can provide a portable Dometic refrigerator, about equal to a medium-sized cooler, for your self-provided food and beverage items, and a serving table. Also available is additional seating on an upholstered patio set for 6-8 people.

- Parking is on the street. - Please pick up after yourself and pooch. - We are frequently working around the house, yard, and garage so if your dog is reactive to unknown humans, please let us know well in advance. - We have cats, but they're indoor; there is also a TNR cat colony in the area. They'll likely make themselves scarce while you're here, but just in case, we warned you. - We also have squirrels. They'll probably make themselves scarce too, but again, fair warning. - Like most of Los Angeles, we've had a few urban coyote spottings in this area. We keep a predator shoo-horn handy just in case you happen to see one, and there are usage instructions written on it. - Yes, you are free to use any of the toys or waste bags in the gray bin; we'd like the toys back. - Yes, you are free to use the sink!

Hi! My husband and I love animals - all of them! - and while we don't have a dog (yet) we'd love to meet yours if they're up to it. I've had a reactive dog in the past and I know how hard it is to find somewhere to let them be dogs without worrying about...well, everything. We hope they feel safe here!
