Description

Overall, we have about 2500 ft.² of play area. We have lots and lots of toys that we bring out . If your dog had a swim and you would like them to swim my team and I are happy to jump in the pool with them and make sure they are safe my dogs personally love it, especially when it’s extra hot so we have the gated pool area with the very back area, which is like a Bark/sand area for a potty and then we have a small grass area. Lots of concrete Tons of toys a a full basement for everyone to plan or split dogs up if need be and it comes in extra handy when it gets hot! We can’t wait to meet your pup! We can assure you he will have or she will have the time of our life!

HOST NOTE

The only has her really a pool however I am a certified swim instructor. I worked with 100s of dogs and I would say that the only hazard if there were any behind the pool is a potty area in the way way way way back and I’m also leaving my basement open for playtime, we have futons down there are lots of toys, etc. so your pup will never get bored here.! Lovely grassy play area has many trees and seating. The shade from the trees in the afternoon is lovely. We are the longest running SS in the area- hosting doggies since 2020! The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for doggoes or hoomans to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats.
