Fencing details: The yard is partially fenced but I have a dog run that is about 1/4-1/2 acre or more. My yard is well maintained and then on top of the dog run and yard I have a "wild area" that is wooded. The neighboring home has cows.

Description

I have 4.23 acres outside of Airway Heights off Hwy 2. The yard has different amenities and terrains. I have my immediate yards in front and back that is kept up and I try to keep in park like setting. I then have a "wild area" that is wooded and in a natural state, and lastly I have a fully fenced dog run area that is about 1/4-1/2 acre. There are trees throughout the the property, lawns/grassy areas, brush areas, and wooded areas.

Wild area is in a natural state Though I try and keep up with filling holes in the dog run area could have a hole dug from other dogs I may not of gotten to fill in yet.

Hello, My name is Dayle. I have been living in Medical Lake since 2003. Im from a small farming community called Burbank which is located just outside of Tri-Cities, WA. I love the Spokane area and I love raising my family here.

The Doggy Dome

We live on 15 acres, and now have 1.5 acres fully fenced! It is all very flat land making for an easy stroll with your dogs. We are boarded on two edges by farm fields and two edges by neighbors. There is a trail that circles the property, with plenty of space to explore. During the summer, please take advantage of the small kiddie pool. There are also toys and chairs in the fenced area for all guests. Some seasonal things to keep in mind: Spring/fall when we have heavy rain, some areas could have standing water and/or be muddy. Mid to late summer, there are fox tails (cheat grass) that can cling to your dogs. Winter, the trails might not be plowed. There will be a 5gal bucket in the wood shed (inside the fenced area) full of water you can use to refill the two water bowls. Keep an eye out for trip hazards! Logs, sticks, uneven ground and holes.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
