JAN 2025: Backyard has some minor divots & scattered woodchips due to recent tree stump removal- pls watch your step! *** Discount code for MACC/PUPS fosters & volunteers bringing shelter dogs on field trips. Please PM for details BEFORE booking!*** Charming urban oasis located within minutes of Downtown Minneapolis. Yard is flat and spacious, perfect for zoomies or laying around in the grass/snow. Relax in comfy chairs on the patio or by the fire pit while your pups play. Fresh water provided, and a waste station is in the SW corner. We don't use lawn chemicals during the summer, so your pup is always safe to roll in the clover or nibble on grass. Plenty of street parking (please do not park in the driveway) and a private entrance along the north side of the property. Please make sure gate is securely closed before leaving. Resident dog may bark briefly from indoors at you but will be out of direct sight. If your pup is reactive to sound, please let me know ahead of time & I will do my best to remove mine from the property while you visit. All proceeds from this Spot go to dog rescue. <3

Hazards

Neighbor to the north has elderly Beagle mix who likes to spy through a corner. No physical contact possible. And neighbor kitty-corner behind is fostering 2 juvenile dogs (no physical contact possible) audible triggers and minimal visual access only. Very small dogs (cat-sized or smaller) could potentially squeeze through the bottom of the entry gate as the corner edge is rounded. I can provide a baby gate if this is a concern. Winter evenings - property is almost fully dark beginning at 5pm. I have solar walkway lights along front path and throughout the backyard, but they perform varying on how much light they receive during the day & the temps. Patio has string lights along the garage and is softly lit. Please take care when walking if there isn't sufficient daylight. Also, I do my best to shovel & throw down traction grit on slippery surfaces in the winter, but icy patches are ALWAYS out there. Please walk carefully & use handrails on stairs.

Please do not allow your dog to dig or pull up plants, damage the privacy fence panels, or chew furniture/general landscaping/structures. ***EXCEPTION: The ornamental grasses on either side of the patio steps are fine for dogs to "nest" in- they all seem to love rolling on the grasses. They will stand back up on their own later. Just no digging or chewing, please.*** Please do not take home any toys, bubbles, bug spray supplies, towels, or extra poop bags. All waste must be picked up and bagged before being disposed of in the trash can - if they pooped it, please scoop it! Visitors CANNOT accept deliveries of food or goods while on-site (sorry, no ordering Doordash or UberEats). You're welcome to get food ahead of time & bring it with you as long as you clean up & fully dispose of it before leaving.

Kendall's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Minneapolis

I have a double lot in Minneapolis. The yard sits on the empty second lot. We are very close to the North Loop in a good neighborhood. Fully enclosed yard via wooden privacy fence. There is a chain link fence along the side facing the street. We are up on a hill from the street, which provides privacy from people walking by. Street parking is no problem on this block, but 14th street (the closest cross street) is always wide open. We use this yard to host entertainment events periodically during the summer so we have plenty of lawn chairs and a new fire pit that can be used. I’m new at this, so I’ll take any suggestions on how to improve the experience. Please notify me of any special requests upon registration, and I will do what I can to accommodate.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
