Variety of areas: from large open pastures to heavily wooded (but still easily accessible/walkable) areas = lots to see, hear, and sniff! No need to pick up after your pet either! Water available multiple locations: outside the fenced pastures near block building/parking via hose pipe at the well near the garden 🪴 or inside the pastures (look for the blue barrels and the cattle waterers).

We've removed a couple of tiny houses but otherwise it is as as depicted in the video. With slight changes based on season. We have 9.5 acres of pristine mountain glory We have a large unfenced Field, Shallow Creek with some small waterfalls, a spring that feeds a tiny pond, a large cleared Homesite that's away from the road moderate to difficult trails and beautiful views. The trails are moderate until you come to the areas that we had landslides, at which point, you can turn around or enjoy the difficulty it presents. Sometimes I or other guests may be on property. If you don't want any other dogs present while you're here, please confirm by text ahead of your reservation time. Thanks so much! We look forward to sharing our sweet space with you. We do not have any trash service. Please do not leave any trash of any version on property including plastic wrapped poop... you'd think that would go without saying...but experience shows it must be said.🙄 All of your activities while on property are at your own risk. We're 5 minutes from downtown near Vinnie's off Merrimon Avenue, fully fenced flat yard, with table and chairs for you to sit at while watching your dog have fun and do their business.... But that amazing 180 degree view overlooking this city of Asheville Grove parking UNCA Mount Pisgah and West! Every so often our neighbor has their dog out in their fenced yard, and we do have a dog inside our house. We work from home... But you'll be able to pull up park on the drive and have access to the fence yard without disturbing us or our pet. If your dog likes to dig up a yard or flowers this is not the right property :( We have onsite parking. If your dog has mobility issues, this is a fully flat yard with a gate entrance. There's also steps up and down from the deck or you can sit and watch.

Let your pup run wild and free across 8 private acres of pure off-leash joy! This sprawling, fully fenced property is perfect for dogs who love to explore. With rolling hills, bumpy terrain, and tons of open space, it’s a sniff-and-sprint paradise! *We are outside the city limits and it is not uncommon to hear hunters nearby shooting* ✅ Fully enclosed with secure fencing ✅ Natural terrain: hilly, bumpy, and tons of sensory enrichment ✅ Water station & shade available inside carport and through trails ✅ Poop bags & trash bin provided Trash & Amenities: The trash can and other amenities are inside the carport and at the picnic table in the back near the bamboo forest. Seating: We have a table and four chairs in the bamboo/shaded area in the very back if you would like to have a picnic off the ground. At any time, you can request more seating. In addition, we have a bench inside the carport and at the well. Fence: The fence is 3 feet on three sides and five feet on the road side. The front fence is wood slats/split rail with wire. On other sides we have wire and chain link. Our Great Pyrenees and Golden Retriever have not tried to jump it. *There are critters that like to lift up our wire fencing. Just beware if you have a tiny dog.* Wildlife: You may see turtles, snakes, rabbits, deer, ground hogs and squirrels. There have been times that deer will be stuck inside our fencing. Grounds: The property around the home has never been graded so it is hilly and lumpy so be careful where you step. You can see holes dug in the yard from dogs. It is fine if they dig. Water: You have access to our well and water bowls.

#3 Fun field for a furry frenzy 3- Field of Dreams in Fletcher

Have you ever wanted to run your dog on three football sized flat fields? This is your chance. Located behind UPM Raflatac in the cane creek industrial park this huge spot is the third one we have built. It’s perfect for all ages of dogs and their humans because of the terrain! If you are up for an adventure, we have cut in a small trail to access Cane Creek. It is part of the same property but is NOT fenced in any way. If your pup enjoys off or on leash hikes, then feel free. The trail is outside the fencing look for the silver gate across from the Gazbo. It is an out and back path with two small hills about a 3-5min walk in the woods. A picnic table, gazebo with swing, and hammock are located here for lots of seating and shelter. Some toys are provided. I think a Remote Control car or a drone, a mountain bike might be really fun to bring or even a Remote Control plane. This spot is actually part of the old Fletcher airport. No Digging! PLEASE! All I want in life is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! Enjoy!
