55We had the most amazing hike with a perfect, fresh snow fall. Chris greeted us with a map and even hiking vests. The trails were stunning. Thank you so much for having us!
55The property was amazing. Lots of great trails to roam thru. The dogs were wiped out by the end. Will definitely go back.
55Great hiking trails! And a very friendly owner! Will definitely be back soon!
55Wonderful location with wonderful people caring for it. Large acreage with plenty of space for both physical and mental stimulation for pups (and pup parents alike) 💜
55Great, well maintained trail !
55I had such a great morning exploring this beautiful Sniffspot with my two German Shepherds, Sally and Pearl! The drive was a treat with gorgeous scenery everywhere, and when we arrived, the property was even more impressive—fresh, crisp air, stunning colors, and total privacy. George, one of the hosts, came out to say hi and was super friendly, even handing me a map with the trails marked out. My girls loved every minute on the trail; they were in heaven! If you’re looking to feel truly connected to nature, I highly recommend this Sniffspot. It’s absolutely gorgeous, and you’ll feel fantastic after a walk in that fresh air. 😊 thank you so much George and Chris for this amazing Sniffspot. I will definitely be coming back many times. Thank you for being such great hosts! 🙏😊
55We had a wonderful time at Chris & Georgie’s place. Chris is such an incredibly kind person, easy to talk to, he was so welcoming and also filled up some water bowls for us upon our return. Their place is beautiful, it was definitely worth the drive. There’s so much to explore and 2 hours was barely enough. The weather was beautiful and it wasn’t buggy at all which was a nice change. There aren’t any signs up right now indicating the trails but Chris does provide a map. Thank you for having us and we can’t wait to come back!
55This is an incredible sniffspot! The trail system is extensive and even with an hour and a half we weren’t able to do all the trails. Chris met us when we arrived and gave us a map, showed us where to put our poop bags, and left water bowls out. The pups were very grateful for the water bowls and we stopped part way through for them to have a drink. The trails were very well maintained and plenty wide enough. It was a beautiful mix of forest and tall grassy field, and plenty of space for the pups to explore and sniff. We really felt like we were at one of our favourite regional trails, except we had this one all to ourselves. It is a 50 minute drive but more than worth it, and it’s so nice to have such an affordable option that is truly an incredible experience (for the pups and the humans). Thank you Chris for sharing your beautiful place with us!
55We LOVE this spot! To thoroughly walk the trails would take a couple hours at a leisurely pace. We walked most of them in 1.5 hrs. Chris is delightful. Very attentive host, great communication and left a water bowl out for our girl near the hose. It is over an hour drive from home so we will visit again but we will reserve the drive for the fall colors in a month or so. Thank you, Chris!
55Pasha had a great time running along the beautiful, well-maintained trails. Because of the abundant shade, this spot should be nice to hike even when the sun is a bit hotter. Chris came to greet us and gave us a helpful laminated map that was useful for orientation. Appreciated the clean water for dogs too. Thank you for the great visit!

John and Paula's 60 Acre Private Dog Park In New Lowell

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Hello and thanks for visiting our page. We are Paula and John. We own 95 acres of mostly forested land. About 65 acres is walkable and we have trails throughout. We are learning as we go, and hope to provide you and your dogs a fun day. If you have any question feel free to ask. And remember, we love dogs just as much as you do. There are a few important points we'd like you to consider. We like to meet our new guests for the first time. This gives us a chance to get to know you better and also put friendly faces to us, the hosts. We want you to feel welcome and know that we care about your dogs. We have several trails that split out to other trails. There will be signs to help you navigate through them, and some suggestions that will help you keep track of remaining time. In the colder months, running water will not be provided. We will also reserve the right to cancel the appointment if we get heavy snow squalls. Our plan is to keep the trails plowed, but in the event of a snow storm, it may take us a few days to get the trails plowed. In general, we will not be open past dusk, unless you specifically ask us and are aware of the risks of walking in the dark. I always walk my dogs on winter nights. Just carry some sort of flashlight. We currently have an electric gate that can only be opened by us at the gate, and not remotely. When a guest arrives, we will be there to open the gate for you, close it once you're in, and open it again upon your departure. Lastly a note about safety. Safety is important to us, but please note that you are entering nature. Our spot is home to many small animals, including porcupines. If your dogs are into porcupines, I would stay cautious of your pets entering the dense bush and recommend they stick to the trails instead. The probability of spotting a porcupine though is very low. Other animals will simply not bother human visitors and their dog companions. You may spot a deer or two if you're lucky that day. Deer are mostly friendly, but I would suggest keeping your distance if you spot a buck. However, they typically flee when they spot you. In all my years spotting buck, I've never seen one charge at anyone. Still, be safe. Although very rare, you many spot a coyote. Once again, they generally don't bother humans. If you spot one, keep your dogs close. Coyotes don't like confrontations with humans, so your dogs will be safe if by your side.
