Description

Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water and bowl/container. Hope to have you for a visit soon! Overall, the spot is quiet but please read the detailed sections about people, dogs, and domestic animals that can be seen/heard from our spot prior to booking. HOST NOTE

We have seen bunnies, squirrels, and groundhogs on the property. There are a few holes in the ground from dogs digging and we do patch them but they tend to get dug right back up quickly! Dogs will be dogs :)

Invite your friends and their pups and come play! Please book for the correct number of dogs. Park in the driveway or in the street. Confirm with me via message how many guests will be attending and we will put out adequate chairs. Perfect for pup birthday parties, play dates, group training sessions etc. (no decor or food provided)

My husband and I live near Chadwick lake in Newburgh and enjoy spending our time in the backyard or park playing with our dogs, Milo and Arthur. We put in our fence to allow the dogs more freedom and love sharing the space with our Sniffspot guests. Seeing other dogs happy in the yard has been very rewarding for us!

Yard is fully fenced. 4' Double panel with wire all around. Water and bowls can be left out. Lagre dog pool in summer. Splash pad too (ONLY if given verbal or written PREMISSION) Firepit available in winter if owner is home (ONLY if given verbal or written PREMISSION) Seperate spaces using 3' pet fencing. My dogs do their business (mostly) in the smaller yard, and are given only supervised access to the big yard. 3' fencing is rearrangable and can can be set up to help with multiple dogs, or keep smaller dogs seperate. Please be courteous the yard is clean. Please pick up after your dogs, and keep them off our porches. I can put out fencing to block them off if helpful. Feel free to message me. If I am home my boys are friendly and would love to play with your pup with an appropriate meet and greet. Kiba will tire them out 100% (he was a helper in the shelter playgroup, and goes to daycare with large play groups occasionally) Oliver is a little shy but all sweetness and love. Daycare says the shyer less playful dogs love him and he brings them out of their shell.
