I live life to the fullest.
The spot is clean and mowed! It is fairly flat and open, other than a little tree and fire pit! There will be a basket of toys for your little ones. I will provide poop bags, trash, water and a water bowl as well! Spot will be unavailable on most work days due to working schedules and wanting to ensure your sniff time is perfect!
We are so glad you found us! Three separate yards divided with v-mesh 5 foot tall horse fencing. The biggest one is 4 acres and the entire property is double fenced for lots of romping. Mowed weekly. Our park is located on a quiet neighborhood street which is also great for leash walking! Please remember to always pick up after you play. Toys, Chuck It, doggie pick up bags are all located at the entrance and we appreciate you placing them back where you found them. I rotate dog swimming pools, agility equipment and other fun activities weather dependent. Picnic table great for snacks and pup watching!
Welcome to our little piece of heaven. We enjoy our land and our dogs so much we want others to as well, so we opened it to sniff spot. Our area is a total of 17 acres with a creek that runs a quarter of the way throughout the perimeter. This is a large piece of property and is close to a busy road so some dogs so require some sort of long leash or rope for the dogs that do not have a strong recall. A portion of the land is mowed for a shorter terrain for ease of mobility. Trails are available to utilize as well as more are being cut at current time to travel throughout property. Half the property is left natural for a refuge for the wildlife. The natural areas have areas where there is tall grass areas. Thick brush, and uneven ground. Please consider your self and your animal’s physical health when hiking through property. There is a creek on both sides of the driveway and trails on both sides of the driveway as well . Feel free to get down in the creek and look for arrow heads, crawfish or cool shaped creek rocks. Walk the creek or the trails or let them stretch out across the field, play ball or frisbee there is plenty of room to run and stretch you furry baby’s legs. When visiting in spring it is highly recommended to wear bug spray for the flys and ticks as that’s a very heavy season and is recommended. Future accommodations coming : fenced 60x60 area dog play area with obstacles and sitting area, more trails and sitting areas along creek side. We have a great yard in Taylor Mill for your pups to spend time in. We have private parking, just park around back and shut the gate! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!
We have ten acres behind our new house construction. It’s mostly meadow. There is one contained honeybee hive (clearly marked) on property but there is plenty of room to stay away from it. There is a creek at rear of property. Neighbors have dogs (contained) and you will be able to see from them from our property if they are outside. Their fences border ours. Our meadow is fenced on two sides only. Water spigot available near barn area for dog water. Parking in gravel driveway near our house.

Nestled conveniently in central Ky 3 m from i-64 and 5 m from i 75 this area is untouched and serene with lots of large trees, some 200 yrs old..gently rolling land with lush bluegrass. Neighboring area is horse country. Close to Lexington, Frankfort, Versailles , Midway. Natural wildlife deer, squirrels, birds of all kinds. Some subdivisions, mostly large farming areas .
