Welcome to our peaceful 7-acre property—perfect for dogs who love to run, sniff, and explore! The front of the property features wide-open rolling hills with plenty of space to roam, while the backyard offers a fully fenced area ideal for off-leash play, training, or dogs who need a secure space. One of our neighbors is home to friendly farm animals, so dogs should be supervised and leashed in that area if they are reactive or have a strong prey drive. However, we find that many dogs thoroughly enjoy racing the horses or donkeys down the fence line :) The fully fenced backyard is separated and provides a safe, enclosed option for worry-free playtime. This spot is great for: Dogs who love wide-open space and new scents Training sessions or decompression walks Multiple dogs from the same household Owners looking for a calm, private alternative to dog parks We do our best to keep the space clean, quiet, and welcoming. Our land is quiet, spacious, and perfect for off-leash play, exploring, training, or simply enjoying nature together. Our neighbors also have dogs that may be outside at the same time, but they stay separated by the fence and just like to bark. We do have cameras and a security system as well. We would like to welcome you to a 2 acre, fully fenced dog yard that is on a hillside. The fence is 4 ft tall all the way around and safe for dogs, big and small. It's a natural space for the dogs to run, dig, sniff, or just sunbathe. It can be a bit steep in some areas and the Josephine road can be tricky when the weather gets icy. Bring a chair or wander through the trees and let your dog explore. The area is part forest and if you follow the top fence, it will take you over to a small, open field. We plan on keeping it natural so the dogs can enjoy the untouched habitat.
