Welcome to our peaceful 7-acre property—perfect for dogs who love to run, sniff, and explore! The front of the property features wide-open rolling hills with plenty of space to roam, while the backyard offers a fully fenced area ideal for off-leash play, training, or dogs who need a secure space. One of our neighbors is home to friendly farm animals, so dogs should be supervised and leashed in that area if they are reactive or have a strong prey drive. However, we find that many dogs thoroughly enjoy racing the horses or donkeys down the fence line :) The fully fenced backyard is separated and provides a safe, enclosed option for worry-free playtime. Bancroft Fully Fenced Yard

The backyard is fully fenced, and closer to 4,000 sq ft. We have one dog that uses the yard, but she is up to date on all vaccines. Our neighbors also have dogs that may be outside at the same time, but they stay separated by the fence and just like to bark. We do have cameras and a security system as well. If you do smoke we ask you clean up after yourself, thanks!

Welcome to our 2,500 sq ft fully fenced backyard — a safe and spacious spot for your pets to run, play, and relax! With two gate exits and plenty of room to roam, it's perfect for energetic pups and peaceful hangouts. The space features a cozy fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and a two-seat high-top dining table — perfect for unwinding while your pet explores. Hibiscus trees give the yard with a lovely scent, and citronella plants help keep bugs at bay. (In the summer) Guests have access to an indoor bathroom most days. Please note that the yard is currently being seeded, so it may be muddy after recent rain. Our family doesn’t use the space, and we’d love to see it enjoyed by happy pets and their people. Come let your furry friend have some off-leash fun in a backyard made just for them! Please note: There is a small gap between the house and the fence near the AC unit, so we recommend supervising curious pets in that area. There are also some existing mole holes in the yard, so please watch your step while walking through!
