It’s mowed around the edges of the land and if you walk an entire loop around it’s 1.25 miles Has a large pond and your dog is welcome to swim if it wants to :) *disclaimer* neighbors in the very very back right have dogs which aren’t always out unless to potty but it’s only a barbed wired fence by then and so just be on alert when near that area if your dog does not need to be around other dogs
