Nestled in a Holler, this Small 5.5 Acre Working Farm which is Partially Fenced located North of Nashville. During non-peak traffic I can drive from the city center to the farm in 15-20 minutes. There are rougher wooded areas and a large flat pasture to explore. Until your pet is comfortable here, a leash may be necessary. Please do not bother the neighbors. Also cleaning up poop is not a problem and not necessary, this is a large piece of land and the earth does that job for us.

We have a dog as well that is great with others but we’re more than okay to keep her inside if your dog(s) prefer their alone time. Parking is free on the street or in the driveway.
