This is a large, professional-grade private dog training arena designed for focused training, structured exercise, and safe off-leash time. The arena features artificial turf, secure fencing with privacy screening, and training equipment—making it ideal for reactive dogs, working dogs, large breeds, and serious handlers. You will have exclusive use of the arena during your booking. No other dogs or clients will be present nearby. We are indeed a boarding facility so you may or may not see a trainer on the premises or hear a dog bark here and there but not close to the sniff spot arena at all during your reservation. It’s super quiet and secluded in general though. Have your dog’s birthday party on our lush green grass. Plenty of room for dogs to play and their humans to take pics and enjoy seeing the joy on their faces. The yard is absolutely secure and the dogs can feel free to use all of their senses to have an amazing time. Conveniently location less than 5 minutes from the 10 freeway, our spot makes for the perfect play space for your pup. During summer we offer water features including a mister, splash pad and wading pool. Extra shade is also set up for your comfort. There is an old swing set on property, that is a ‘use at your own risk.’ We keep it up because our dogs, and family members enjoy it, but before use your own discretion before using. Cold bottled water in outdoor frig for humans and fresh water in bowls for your pups. This is a country yard. I walk the property prior to every visit but guest should be aware to wildlife such as bugs, squirrels, gophers, hawks, skunks, snakes, etc. We hope you enjoy our yard. 😎 Complimentary Keurig coffee, hot chocolate, tea and cold bottled water available for all guests during your visit.
