Surrounded by trees and natural shade, it’s a peaceful retreat for dogs who love to stretch their legs and explore new scents. Large, fully fenced backyard. Side gate entrance. Large grass area for dogs to run and play, dirt area to dig and run. Water bowl for dogs, ice chest with bottled water for humans, poop scooper and waste container. Property location is less a few minutes from the 10 freeway, which makes it the perfect location to let your dog get in some exercise, and have a potty break along your route without the worry of dirty pet areas at rest stops, or hazardous conditions at gas station parking lots. Your dog will be ready to nap and rest quietly after running and playing at this country sniff spot-which will enable you to continue traveling on to your destination. Have your dog’s birthday party on our lush green grass. Plenty of room for dogs to play and their humans to take pics and enjoy seeing the joy on their faces. The yard is absolutely secure and the dogs can feel free to use all of their senses to have an amazing time. Conveniently location less than 5 minutes from the 10 freeway, our spot makes for the perfect play space for your pup. During summer we offer water features including a mister, splash pad and wading pool. Extra shade is also set up for your comfort. There is an old swing set on property, that is a ‘use at your own risk.’ We keep it up because our dogs, and family members enjoy it, but before use your own discretion before using. Cold bottled water in outdoor frig for humans and fresh water in bowls for your pups. This is a country yard. I walk the property prior to every visit but guest should be aware to wildlife such as bugs, squirrels, gophers, hawks, skunks, snakes, etc. We hope you enjoy our yard. 😎 Complimentary Keurig coffee, hot chocolate, tea and cold bottled water available for all guests during your visit. Message about any blocked evenings to book. Amazing Sunsets! 1/2 acre manicured grass field on horse facility and farm. Water is outside of the field at the blue bucket. Feel free to dump the small metal pan to be sure no cross contamination with wildlife or other dogs. Field gates are “pasture style” they have a rubber loop on the bottom that the wood slides into and a rubber hook at the top to hold the top of the wood or bailing twine closure. **Foxtails seasonal present in parking area and along fence lines until removal and mulch spreading. Field is clear of most foxtails. Feel free to pull out any random foxtail grass that rears it’s ugly head.** **Please no interacting or touching the horses or other animals** **dogs on leash until all gates are closed and dog is secured on the field** **electric fence surround the horses** Contact for any questions or concerns! Separate gate entrance to the property and separate parking area from the rest of the ranch. Very private and peaceful area. Closed always Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings.

Country and forest life, rolled into one! Located in Wildwood Canyon, near Wildwood Canyon State Park with beautiful large Ancient Black Oak Trees that tower over our spot for natural shade. We have been Sniffspot hosts for over a year and have even been featured in Sniffspot promotional videos for unique host properties and experiences, along with being a top spot. We are truly interested in just providing a safe and fun place for pups to roam and explore without having to worry about other pups at the same time. We have never raised our prices and never will. With a fully fenced area for your fur babies (big and small) to run and explore. While pup parents can sit and relax, walk around the grounds, take a hike on our small backtrail, or swing, it is perfect for pups, adults, and children to enjoy (especially during the summer and snowy months). If your fur baby needs water after so much excitement and play, please feel free to give them water (which is accessible throughout the property), so they have a restful trip home. ❤️ We take pride in giving our fur visitors the best possible experience, along with keeping their human parents in mind. We set out some extras for not only the pups, but also the humans, without any extra charge. Our goal is to make you feel welcomed as soon as you reserve your Sniffspot time and before walking onto our property. ❤️ It's a little piece of heaven that we enjoy daily and decided to open it up to our community. We also have our very own yard guardian, that we named BLUE (featured in our main property photo). He protects the rest of the small birds such as the finches and blue jay's from the crows and hawks. He is always perched on the railing of the deck between 7am to about 11am. 💙 We hope to see ya'll soon!

Grand Re-Opening, 9/27/2024! Dear dog friends 🐕 (and your humans), Welcome to our "Way Back" Doggy Paradise! You will love our completely private, peaceful, and safe park for you and your people. "Way Back" is the back tandem portion of our property, where we love to run around, and we convinced our humans to share it with other doggy friends. Yay! You'll walk through our back yard (past the plastic people, aka mannequins-don't mind them), but please keep your leashes on until you get to our "Way Back" (your humans will explain what "way back" means), then your fun begins! We have lots of open field room for you to run and play. Zoomies expected. Please have your humans take pics so we can feature you on our page. 👍 We'll leave water and picked fruit (seasonally) or snacks for your humans, but let them be surprised. Shhhh. 😉 We are a pesticide and fertilizer free zone. Please make sure you're healthy and flea/tick free. Also. we are planning a future agility course, so please give us some ideas for that. You and your humans are invited to make suggestions and comments and leave them for us to share with our humans. They truly care and want to make our "Way Back" your home away from home. Welcome to our pet friendly backyard oasis. We have both hardscape and landscape with plenty of space for you and your furry friends. You and your dogs can swim in our salt water pool that has a depth of 5ft, a fire pit and more! We have many spots to sit and relax. We also have dog toys & treats. Private home sits on top of the hill. 5 acres so your pup can be free to run and stretch their legs. Trail around the property with gated fence. Please do not disturb home owners unless necessary. Due by popular naming from our guests we have changed the name to Doggyland from Peacock because many have labeled our property “it’s like Disneyland for our dogs.”
