Welcome to Karla's Woof and Wanderland! It's not just a park; it's a place where tails wag, friendships bloom, and every bark is met with a smile. With spacious play areas, cozy seating, and a welcoming atmosphere, it's the perfect spot for dogs and their humans to come together and make memories. Join us for endless fun and furry adventures in a space filled with love and laughter! Available on the space is also a dog run and dog houses will be available soon. Since I have a private gym and hot tub in the space, you could even bring your fur babies to hang out in the dog run while you got a quick workout or aerial class or relax in the hot tub! Please note, no more than 4 humans in the yard with your dogs. If you are wanting a party with more people, please see the extras pricing. IMPORTANT, BEFORE YOU SCHEDULE: I need to be alerted if your dog has bitten anyone or has the potential to bite, as I need to clear this with my room mates, before your visit. If my room mates need to go to the back yard for any reason, I will have to cancel your appointment, most probably. I try to be sure I coordinate, but I am human and mistakes can happen.

Aerial Fitness Class30 credits

Fire Pit time10 credits

Fire pit is available for the time you are here, using your own wood. Extra wood would be available for an extra fee. Please be sure to ask first. Rules 1. Keep the fire low and manageable. 2. Always have a responsible person supervising the fire. 3. Stay a safe distance away from the flames. 4. No running or rough play near the fire pit. 5. Avoid flammable clothing and materials. 6. Know how to properly extinguish the fire. 7. Supervise children and pets closely.

If you would like to use our charcoal grill, let me know. I have grilling equipment and a beautiful seating area. If you bring your own charcoal and clean the grill afterward, it is half price to use.

You can put your pup in the dog run and go sit in the hot tub for up to an hour. Please check for availablility. There are towels in the box on Mermaid's Cove (where the hot tub is). I'm a TOTAL geek that loves my daughter, friends and my pets. There are fruit trees and gardens to feed us in my yard. Anyone is welcome to the harvest, as I love sharing healthy foods! I do not spray pesticides, nor do I use a lot of chemicals in my house. I had a couple of beautiful malamutes for 13 years. After their passing, my heart wasn’t ready for new dogs, but with a big yard, I wanted to create a safe, joyful space for others to let their dogs run and play. My trainer had always advised against dog parks because untrained dogs there can attack others, causing both physical and psychological harm. When I discovered Sniffspot, it felt like the perfect way to share my yard, see happy pups, and provide a safe space for them, as well as a service to their families. Dogs truly are a gift.

2 Private Acres of Zoomies

2 acres with 5 foot chain link fence surrounded by forest and wetlands. This offers a distraction-free place for your dogs to get their zoomies on! You get both shade and sun, with grass, dirt, wood chips, (and a bit of mud in some spots during the rainy season). We are in the country, so our park doesn't share a fence line with neighbors. You won't see any other dogs. There could be far away dog barks from a few blocks over, but nothing up close. We don't use toxic sprays, so rest assured it's a natural and safe place to romp and play in private. The 2 acres has mature trees throughout and is mowed during the growing season. It's perfect for throwing tennis balls and getting lots of good sniffs in. You will be able to see your dog at all times (unless he/she is hiding behind a tree.) If you add "The Woods" extra (see below) detailed instructions will be within the Sniffspot park, on the SouthEast fence next to the big red bow.
