Beautiful, Scenic, and Spacious Simi Valley house, in the mountains! Completely Gated and Fenced in with plenty of free area for your pups to roam. Dog washing station and separate fenced in dog area available. this is the perfect hosting spot!

there is a pool/hot tub that is not currently heated, if your dog cannot swim please advise to keep an eye on them when they’re around the pool area. Bunnies are sometimes around and squirrels, too! There are coyotes in the neighborhood but they run away at the sight of humans.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
