Come explore our spot! Our property has been in the family since the early 1800s, though it has been dormant for the last 30 years. Come enjoy a beautiful, natural forest. Small game trails dot our quaint 122 acre lot. The Clarks River splits the property diagonally and Sugar Creek runs vertically through. At this time, there are no marked trails; coming summer 2023 Please avoid barn structure and house as its stability is unknown due to area tornados Dec. 2021

Gated from the road and partially fenced up front for pet safety . I live on a one lane country road with little to no traffic if your searching for private , peaceful and serene in nature you've come to the right spot to sniff. Looking forward to meeting you and your fur babies. Just a short drive from clarksville 25 minutes from the Walmart on ft campbell blvd to be exact 13 minutes past the county landfill dump
