Small game trails dot our quaint 122 acre lot. The Clarks River splits the property diagonally and Sugar Creek runs vertically through. At this time, there are no marked trails; coming summer 2023 Please avoid barn structure and house as its stability is unknown due to area tornados Dec. 2021

The play area is fully fenced with 6’ tall chainlink fence. Plenty of room for dogs to run. Hosted by dog training and boarding facility. Also available is an open, unfenced area with a 1/2 acre pond for swimming!

Mostly flat land. Grass is cut short. There’s a faucet/water hose for water needs. Some dog toys. Lots of open space for running/playing. Wi-Fi will reach to most of the area as well.

Our space is secluded, gorgeous, has lots of wildlife seen daily, deer, geese, rabbits, occasional bald eagle guest. It offers rolling hills, open fields, wooded trails, and 4 acre lake. It is unfenced, seating available, fire pit. Bug spray, water buckets, dog water access, bottled water for pup parents, there is no bathroom access.

8’ Double gate entrance, 6’ wood privacy fence, 1 bench and camping chairs, outlet by entrance, hose by entrance. Poop bags , toys, bug spray, sunscreen, and towels, provided under awning in clear drawers.
