Fully fenced in, grassy backyard that is 25' X 75' (1850 sq ft) in a quiet community drive. The yard is bi-level. Lowest point of fencing is 40". Three-quarters of the yard has taller fencing, some being chain link and other being chicken wire. Parking must be on the street, not in the community drive. You can easily walk down into the community drive with your dog on leash and enter the yard on your own.

The hammock is rated for over 300 lbs - move to your desired spot, and enjoy but please move it back so the "runway" is clear for the next pups. Playdates and parties welcome! Check the Extras to rent folding tables and chairs so you have less to worry about.
