Our backyard is well-loved by two playful pups and full of exciting scents to explore! We enjoy visiting Sniffspots around town and wanted to share our space so other dogs can experience new smells and enrichment. The yard is fully fenced, with cinder blocks installed underground to help prevent digging out. No other animals are visible from the backyard. The porch area is gated off—please remain within the yard during your visit.

Royce Acres in Gig Harbor

We have 5 acres that’s available and fully fenced. The fence is goat fencing so any small pups could fit through 4” openings. We have apples and berries that are all over the property to pick. There is a quarter mile trail on part os the property. Lots of open space to run and enjoy.

Added an outhouse with hand sanitizer, covered seating area, privacy screen along fence to help with anyone walking dogs down the street or the neighbors concrete business. Mostly quiet neighborhood where you can feel safe to let your dog run and dig. Large playground tunnel equipment for your doggy to play in! Don't let the darkness defeat you taking your canine out to play! Installed 3 street lights to keep the early darkness at bay. Light timer switch is on the left inside the dog two way gate. Lights take a couple minutes to get fully bright. Now you can play with your dog from 6am to 9pm. Enjoy this private area that you can let your dog off leash without having to worry about anyone interrupting your time with your dog. Picnic table with cover. Water dish, poop bags, waste bin, sticks and balls with a chuck it at entrance. Coordinate with a friend and meet here to let your dogs play together while you catch up. We charge $13 for the hour space rental so, *please mark only one dog even if you are bringing more* The space has a long grassy open [360 feet] area to use a chuck it for dogs that love to fetch. A large cedar provides shade on half of the property while the other half is in the sunshine. This is a fun spot for dogs to exercise their legs and noses. Please check back for future upgrades. Everything you could need for a fun day out! Hose available for dirty dogs and water fun. NEW Several types of sprinklers are available for playtime. Bench, Canopy with chairs and table recently added too! Trash can, dog bag dispenser, sanitizer, bowls, and toy bin ready for use! Parking is on the grass behind shop with welcome sign.
