"This field is huge! My dogs had an amazing time running around and exploring 😍 There is shade under the trees, and the part that wasn't fenced in wasn't an issue for us. If your dogs don't have solid recall, stick to the fenced side. The whole place is so big, you shouldn't have a problem getting a good amount of walking/running in, without coming too close to the un-fenced side. I walked around for about 2 miles, and I'm guessing my dogs probably did twice that 😆 The host was nice and allowed extra time, because I took a wrong turn coming there and was late to my booked time. We will definitely be back."

Taylor pond is a 5 acre pond located in the heart of Poway. The amenities include a grass yard and yard in the back filled with wood chips and a eucalyptus grove as well of course as the pond. Keep in mind when you bring your dog we turn to work in the yard and also rent out a building in the back to Airbnb. So please make sure your dog is friendly with people.

Palmhill's Private Dog Park In Valley Center

The Sniffspot venue is a 3 acre fully fenced area that you and your dog will have unsupervised, exclusive use of for the time that you have booked. There, you will find fresh filtered (RO) water for your canine companions, an abundance of toys, Chuckit balls and launchers, including guest supplies and other listed amenities. The entire farm is 36 fenced acres. For anyone interested, I will gladly provide supervised walks around the entire property for additional psychological enrichment at no additional cost. Note: Palmhill is a working organic farm. There may be an occasional worker sighting, but absolutely no reason for any employee to ever interact with a guest or their dogs. My interests lie in offering an affordable, stress-free, large, safe, clean, offleash venue for guests and their canine companions. Thanks to an awesome group of guests who have been with us since first opening the venue, this has been a very rewarding experience. However, there have been, a few guests who have not been doing a very good job of cleaning up after their own dogs which makes it very unpleasant for the guests who come in to the venue next. I have many visitors who pick up dog droppings of other people's dogs and don't say a word, and also return toys and balls to the recepticles, but they shouldn't have to! I actually had a guest say to me once, "Oh, I thought you had people to do that!" No, everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves before they leave the field. That's how we keep the venue tidy and affordable! I don't think that's an unreasonable expectation. I've had to post a list of reminders at the venue, (thank you, Michele) which I feel terrible about because they're not relevant for the MAJOROTY of Palmhill's guests. It's just a handful of mostly newer guests who aren't being very team friendly. I've met some awesome people and even more so awesome dogs, but sorry to say, if you don't play fair, you will be asked not to come back to this venue. Everyone is welcome including, large groups, highly reactive dogs, special needs dogs- dogs with anxiety, physical handicaps, previous dog park trauma dogs, etc. We love them all and will do our best to make everyone feel welcome! Enjoy walking with your dogs through the vineyards, watch them swim in the two ponds, look for ducks, hawks, and owls, view the horses in their nearby pens, or sit and relax while your dog burns energy! It’s also lovely at night, part of the dog park area is lit with landscape lights. Other parts are dark. It’s lovely when the days are hot!

Do you love hiking or walking your pup in a natural setting with loads of smells and places to explore?! Then you’ll love our yard- with extra big boulders for the whole family to enjoy climbing or places to rest and listen to the sounds of nature. A few “heads up” about our spot: - the path to get to backyard is a bit steep. 👟Perhaps plan to wear appropriate footwear🙃 -like most places in San Diego there’s a possibility of snakes and we did have a recent sighting, so please use caution - the fencing on bottom right of yard is a different material, but still secure without any ways for pups to get out, but it can at times shift with weather and may be more possibilities for a pup to go under (I try and check often)🌿 - on the bottom left of the yard their are fire stick succulents🌱 on my neighbors property-the sap of these plants are toxic, so best to stay away! -lastly, if you are planning to come on a weekend morning- our neighbors typically play pickle ball at this time which can be a bit noisy and a distraction to some pups- they’re usually done by 11am. When you arrive, simply park horizontally next to the fence and enter through the black metal door, which will be open for your convenience. Doggy bags are always available, and we kindly ask that you please clean up after your dog to help keep the park beautiful for everyone. A Note on Safety and Park Care: Please be aware that ground squirrels also call our property home, so there may be some holes. We recommend wearing appropriate footwear (no heels) for your safety. To help us keep the ground safe and beautiful for all our guests, we also ask that you prevent your dog from digging, as this can create tripping hazards. We know some pups just love to dig! If your dog does make a hole, we kindly ask that you use the provided shovel to fill it in and return the area to its original condition before you leave. Rainy Day Amenities: On rainy days, our rinsing station is available to help clean up muddy paws before heading home. We also ask that you please leave any dirty tennis balls in the blue tub with soapy water, located on the other side of the fence, to keep them fresh for the next guest. Two beautiful horses have moved in next door! While they are not always visible, you might hear a friendly “hee” every now and then. To ensure a harmonious environment for everyone, we kindly request that you maintain a distance of at least 5 feet from our neighbor’s fence at the top of the property. You're also welcome to text me to request being notified if time slots open up. Our goal is for Canine Canyon Park to feel like you're visiting an upgraded dog park and not someone's backyard. It is entirely private and safe for a unique, fun and relaxing experience. Our park is situated in a beautiful canyon with no neighboring yards to worry about. We are located in central San Diego, just up the hill from Snapdragon Stadium in Mission Valley, and are easy to access from major freeways including the 15, 8, 163 and 52. Our property is double-fenced, which brings peace-of-mind to our guests. The top patio area, where you will enter and exit, is fully-fenced and secure, as is the lower yard with its own gate. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood, on a dead end street. Street parking is always available either right in front of our house or close by. You will have private access through a side gate to our backyard. Dogs love to run up and down the dirt slope in our yard to chase balls and expend their energy. The slope leads to our flat, lower dirt yard which is perfect for your dogs to run free and get their zoomies out! We do have a turf area under the play structure, as well as inside the enrichment area. We provide everything you could possibly need during your visit including lots of balls, Chuck It launchers for fetch, toys, water bowls, a hose, enrichment activities, plenty of seating, shade, a cot for the pups, towels, and more - all of which are included in the base price! We also offer lots of fun upgrades to add-on including a giant ball pit, kiddie pool, pup ice creams, bubble machine, puzzle toy bin, and a self-service bath station! We are open for early morning visits starting at 6am, and we have plenty of lighting for after dark visits as well!
