There is a rock wall around the property that separates our property from the neighbor’s property and from the woods. The property is not fully enclosed. There is no fence separating your dog from the pond.

The pond empties out into a bigger body of water that is connected by a large pipe. A small child or small dog can easily fit into the pipe so be careful.

The Newburgh Dog House

Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water and bowl/container. Hope to have you for a visit soon! Overall, the spot is quiet but please read the detailed sections about people, dogs, and domestic animals that can be seen/heard from our spot prior to booking. Yard is fully fenced. 4' Double panel with wire all around. Water and bowls can be left out. Lagre dog pool in summer. Splash pad too (ONLY if given verbal or written PREMISSION) Firepit available in winter if owner is home (ONLY if given verbal or written PREMISSION) Seperate spaces using 3' pet fencing. My dogs do their business (mostly) in the smaller yard, and are given only supervised access to the big yard. 3' fencing is rearrangable and can can be set up to help with multiple dogs, or keep smaller dogs seperate. Please be courteous the yard is clean. Please pick up after your dogs, and keep them off our porches. I can put out fencing to block them off if helpful. Feel free to message me. If I am home my boys are friendly and would love to play with your pup with an appropriate meet and greet. Kiba will tire them out 100% (he was a helper in the shelter playgroup, and goes to daycare with large play groups occasionally) Oliver is a little shy but all sweetness and love. Daycare says the shyer less playful dogs love him and he brings them out of their shell.
