10 acres, spacious, private, fully fenced, agility equipment. Please leave the gate open when leaving
Wood chips added! It was muddy but we fixed that. Welcome! We (humans and dogs) will stay inside to give you your privacy and serenity. An almost 1/2? acre fully fenced in area RIGHT NEXT TO 3000 acres of state park. You will feel like you are IN the forest. We are actually in EVANSBURG, which is on the Eagleville side of the Collegeville bridge. WE HAVE NOT USED ANY CHEMICALS on our yard for over 16 years. Please consider us as this helps us afford my 16-year-old daughter's Team USA Luge/Olympic Training Center/ORDA fees as she trains towards the Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games! After years of planting trees and native pollinators, this little North Philly oasis is ready for you and your pets. What was once a vacant lot, is now a cozy green space with trees and small brush, woodchipped pathways and native flowers and plants. Fully enclosed lot with a seating area/table, a raspberry patch, wild grasses and a garden. Almost 25 acres of beautiful nature! You and your pet(s) can enjoy this private area for only $15 an hour per dog! (1/2 off for a second dog) We have miles of mowed grass trails for you to walk and three huge meadows or mowed grass as well! Please know, this is not fenced in.
