1 half dozen of fresh brown, unwashed, unrefrigerated eggs. Fresh, unwashed eggs, stay fresh without refrigeration for up to 2 weeks. Unwashed and refrigerated stay fresh for up to 4 months and washed and refrigerated stay fresh for up to 3 months.
