We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres. All pastures have access to drinking water and kiddie pools + balls and frisbees. Plenty of umbrellas and lean-to’s for shade!

11/9/2024 Thank you for being so patient with us as we continued our storm cleanup. We are grateful for the opportunity to open our yard, once again, to you all. A few things have been rearranged and the play set is currently out of order, but other than that, you still have great shade all day and plenty of space for your baby(ies) to run and explore. Plenty of amenities for your pup and more seating coming soon. As always, have lots of fun and please be safe 😊 Welcome to our backyard!! Plenty of space to run and a tug rope to play. Dig in the pool to release for tons of excitement and to release some energy. We offer a few extras such as lemonade and a grill to add to the vibe. Either way, there is something for your dog to do. We also have plenty of shade and seating for you. The hammock is available upon request. We have amazing shade all day. Early mornings are beautiful and the evenings are quiet. Hope my spot gives your doggo plenty to sniff 😊 Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road. Back your vehicle up to the big stone. Thanks!

Completely fenced in. There is ample of green space as well as pavers. We have a couple of bowls for water and a sitting area with disposable bags available. Shade garden with a bench swing to relax. Feel free to use the hose and some of our dog’s toys as well. The pool area will not be accessible until summer.

Organic plant nursery. We have two very friendly dogs but will only let them out with permission. We are by appointment only; we cannot host guests when customers are here. Make sure your dog doesn’t bull doze any potted plants 😄 We get pretty muddy during rainy season but we have a hose to rinse off your pup.

For water-loving dogs, the pool is available for swimming fun. The covered patio area is perfect for relaxing. During your visit, our friendly pets will be put up so your dog(s) can enjoy the space freely. We’re pet sitters and keep the pool safety fence around the pool up for our older pets who don’t see as well and to separate our cat (she loves to play and lay around the pool). Whether your pup wants to splash in the pool or lounge in the shade, they’ll have a great time at Paws & Splash Retreat!

The pictures are a little dated. The lot is now fully fenced. Lots of running room for large and small dogs around a large retention pond. Very peaceful and serene yet close to the hustle and bustle of Pinellas County.

Great fenced spot for your dogs to run around. I have 2 65lb pit mixes that love to play and lay out. Not a huge spot but enough to play fetch and get some zoomies out. Great for small dogs or a few bigger ones. Private in a quiet neighborhood with a screened patio and seating.

Gate over driveway, if closed, can be opened manually. If already opened, just drive through and close it behind you to secure the space for your dog to enjoy his run. When you leave, you don't need to close the gate if you found it opened when you come in. 2. Please don't enter the vinyl fence areas directly in the front and back of the house. 3. Spot distractions: 3A) My northwest back neighbor has little dogs that like to engage in fence fighting. I recommend you stay closer to the front of the lot because my neighbor in the back on the northwest side (on the far left if you're facing the house) has 3 little dogs who love to do fence fighting. I have put an additional fence and pallets to block them from being able to stick their noses through the fence. 3B) Poultry in my backyard - I have a few ducks and chickens behind my vinyl fenced backyard which is not part of the sniffspot, but can be seen. The ducks quack sometimes. The chickens cluck. 4. Also, please try not to be too close to the fence lines as there are shallow holes from dug up Vibernum bushes that used to grow in front of the fence. 5. For dog waste, I usually have a dog waste collection bag (an empty dog food bag) by the trash can area in next to the garage. Please deposit your dog waste bags in here. If you don't see one, please feel free to leave the bags on the concrete pad by the trash can area or in the black trash can behind the small white fence. Please don’t put them in the large gray compost bin by the field fence next to the viburnum hedge. Thank you! 6. If you need water for your dog(s), there is a faucet by the back building. 7. I recommend wearing waterproof boots as grass can be wet from morning dews. 8. You might want to bring some mosquito repellant as there can be mosquitoes in the yard. 9. After heavy rain, the back part of the property and the right corner in the back area will have puddles and grounds can be muddy. If you want to avoid these spots, try to stay in the front part of the property on the right side when facing the house. The left side next to the mound can also gather some water puddles. Completely fenced backyard with manicured grass for roaming, and frolicking. Toys, treats, poop bags, and water bowl provided. Human companions will love their spaces as well with plenty of seating options on umbrella covered patio table and chairs or covered deck with cushioned seating, fan and TV. Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. Self-service hose with sprayer, sprinkler to run in, and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.

It is full fenced in with a table and chairs to sit and enjoy yourselves while your pups play and I am also a groomer so if your dog needs a spa day I can help with that as well my prices start at $50 and go from there contact anytime.

We keep our yard natural and let it grow wild. Our beagle LOVES sniffing all over. There's lizards all over so your dog will gets lots of opportunity to "hunt". I also have a covered porch you're welcome to use with an outlet. I have a fan as well to keep cool. You're more than welcome to come check your emails while your dog gets his smells in! We're very accommodating and look forward to letting your dog hang out!
