Play Ball! Dog Club is a private use, canine enrichment field (fenced) located on the beautiful campus of St. Richard's Episcopal Church in the heart of Winter Park (32792/Seminole County) - minutes from Baldwin Park, Audubon Park, Winter Park proper, Maitland, and College Park. The Club field was designed (and is managed by) a local, professional dog trainer as a private use, dog park "alternative" where dogs can meet their exercise and enrichment needs off-leash in the company of their people ONLY while enjoying multiple amenities and activities. Private use visits combined with the location of field, entrance gate, and designated Club parking, as well as privacy screening of Club fencing, are designed to ensure minimal encounters with others dogs or people (within vicinity/outside Club). Private use/visits are limited to maximum of *4 "registered" dogs from SAME household per visit (with some exceptions approved by Club manager). Dogs must be a minimum of 8 weeks old. At least one (1) Club Guest must be an adult (18 years of age or older). Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the Club field and on campus. *Field use/visits by unregistered dogs, unregistered guests, and *between dogs from different households is NOT permitted (*unless approved by Club Manager). The Club is NOT an open access dog park. *Limited exceptions to this policy may be considered - not guaranteed - by Club Manager and must be approved in advance by Club Manager. New guests and their "registered" pup(s) are required to meet with Club Manager on their 1st visit for a 5 minute orientation. Returning guests will - after their 2nd visit - receive a unique gate code for "unassisted" gate access as well as ability to contact Club Manager to open "unpublished" time slots when available. The Club field is 1/2 acre, quiet, shaded, and fully-fenced (6 foot w/privacy screening). Restricted gate access: Recurring/regular guests (after 2 visits) are provided with a unique code for "unassisted" gate access. New and occasional guests gain '"assisted" access by Club Manager. Amenities include: dig pit (10x10x3 shaded pit) with non-toxic playground-grade play sand; shallow wading (kiddie) pool (summer months); agility equipment; tether ball pole; lizard island w/elevated planks; bungee pulls: in-ground and tree-supported; luring and fetch toys; Nose Work/Scent Work Stations (at base of each of 15 trees) and scent cans. Club Manager will pre-bait stations/cans with guest-supplied food lures upon advanced request by guest. ***Non-communal, fresh water station (for dogs only) with water bowls - stainless steel (cleaned after each guest) or disposable. Shaded seating areas. Designated/marked parking at Club field entrance. On-site, reward-based professional dog trainer available for hire. ***In response to communal canine contagion/diseases.

Professional, on-site, positive reinforcement- and reward-based, relationship-based private dog training provided by resident/on-campus Pet Academy LLC to familiarize you/your pup with use of Club/field amenities (no charge); and/or address your *pup's general/basic obedience (*all ages) as well as targeted behavior and social needs and challenges, including: reliable recall, reactivity, loose leash walking, manners, and more. Sessions are 60 minutes @ $99.

Restricted Gate Access. Members will be provided with a unique gate access code for "unassisted" entry into the Club field. Non-member guests will gain "assisted" entry to field by Club Manager at their booked time with one (1) hour advanced notice. Members are asked to contact the *Club Manager to obtain their unique gate access code, either before or **on the date of their first booked session (**with at least one (1) hour advanced notice). *Club Manager: 321-287-4783 (Mobile/Text) 321-396-7900 (Office) email@playballdogclub.com Use of Club field is restricted to registered Club Guests and dogs from same household, ONLY - at a maximum of three (3) dogs and 3 guests from same household allowed per booked session. At least one (1) Club Guest must be an adult (18 years of age or older). Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the Club field and on campus. Dogs must be a minimum of 8 weeks old. Field/use sessions by unregistered dogs and amongst dogs from different households is NOT permitted. All dogs must remain on-leash (maximum 6-foot leash -flexi/retractable leashes are NOT permitted) while on campus when exiting/entering vehicles, and when entering/exiting Club field. Off-leash is only permitted within the Club field. NO exceptions. Club Guests and their dogs are to remain in the immediate vicinity of the Club field when outside the Club field. Club Guests are NOT permitted to access the remainder of the church campus and facilities with their dog(s) when on campus for Club-related activities (barring special exception by Club Manager). Club Guests are to remain with and monitor their dog(s) (and children) at all times when inside the Club field and on campus. NO exceptions. With the exception of provided seating areas, all agility and playground/field equipment/amenities/activity areas are strictly for canine use, only. Please take care to prohibit use by children. Water Station is for dogs only. Please do NOT fill water bottles or to-go cups. Disposable water bowls are provided for non-members; and reusable, tagged silicone bowls are provided for members. Dogs and children left unattended in Club field, on campus, or in vehicles is strictly prohibited. Restrooms are NOT provided.

IMPORTANT: If you need help with closing the gate let me know (to open, you push down and pull.
