All Dogs Rule! Puppy Paradise
We have a beautiful secluded property on the Sespe Creek in Fillmore. We have acres of orange trees and two fully fenced areas. One is a fenced 100 x 200' sand arena with access to water and shade. In this arena there may be a small amount of sheep droppings if we have been training the dogs for sheep herding. There is a second arena that is 80 x 120' with agility equipment and the sheep don't go in that area. Dogs can play off leash and stretch their legs in either area. Please do not move the agility equipment around. You are also welcome to make your way down to the creek and let your pup swim and play. Outside of the fenced arena you are welcome to wander in our orange orchard at the bottom 1/2 of our property but please don't approach any residences or allow your dog to bother the livestock. There are sheep in a fenced area and Tank, our livestock guardian dog, lives with them.
*Please note - The sand is pretty soft and dogs love to dig in it. They are welcome to dig but please fill in any holes they dig (it’s as easy as dragging the sand back into the hole with your foot) because they create a tripping hazard for other dogs and people.

This is actually a 20 acre property with empty land lots all around. If you want space and privacy for your dog(s) to run free - this is it! This is why I moved here.
I will be building a secure, fenced area soon. But as things currently stand the areas for you to use are unfenced.
360 views to the California Poppy Preserve, the Angeles National Forest, and Pacific Crest Trail.

This is a working farm. Around the buildings and house, there will be people activity, and animals moving about. Our dogs are closed inside but you may hear them.
If you wish for complete privacy and no interaction or sound, please park well away from the house and structures and go into the meadow beyond.
If you wish to see no people/ workers please stay away from the animal areas. 🙏
The quietest times are 10am to 12pm, and 2pm to 4pm.
