Our woods are full of paths and create a natural fence when walking your dog our property is 400 feet from the road. The terrain is nice and varied but not hard to maneuver for those who don’t do well on difficult paths.

Description

Owner offers private ride to private beach for all dogs in a 45 min dock diving experience, or just to swim, weather permitting, for extra $55. Owner offers a private drive to the beach for all dogs, weather permitting, additional 45 minutes dock diving! The owner will stay in vehicle out of way. Owners need to accompany guests. This is a ride in a Can Am Defender that is the size of a golf cart so one adult & 4 dogs max or 2 adults & 3 dogs max.

HOST NOTE

When you pull into our subdivision, we are half way down a guardrail and many miss the sudden turn off to the private road off Cty Rd. 35, onto Cedar Dr. W, and watch for a hanging welcoming flag that says, “Finn’s Sniff Spot” with his photo! Our street is only one lane so cars will move for each other. We are the very 1st driveway on left-so if you pass the bunch of mailboxes, you went too far! So when you are leaving you want to move aside for any cars coming off Highway 35 and let them pull in. Occasionally, there will be someone pulling in the driveway like a UPS Truck so please make sure your dogs stay at a distance from cars.

Additional rules

If you were walking the property, owners request, you don’t walk right near the house. You can walk in back as that is the path to the other side of the property. Property is only available weekdays 9-4:00 and no nights or weekends. It has been opemed up Tuesdays until 7 pm. I am sorry guys! Hubby wants to be home with no dogs but our own when he is off.

A former elementary teacher now Realtor makes for a happy place to visit! The pool will be available when the owner is home in summer and fall. The property is encompassed with a walkin Paul Ccould saw the way around it in the woods and there are acres of green grass for the dogs to run in free play. Three golden doodles live on the property and, it would be great to designate if you want a private walk or if you want them to play after you’ve done your walk. If your dog is not good with other dogs, please make sure and designate that so that you are alone at the park for your visit.

This spot has all the smells a dog could want. Enter the property through the electric gate and park onsite, then release the hounds. Host will be on-site to let you and then leave. The yard has a lot of space for running and playing catch. There is a large area of sand that dogs can dig and play in. Yard is fully fenched with fabric on the fence to keep dogs focused in the yard. We have seen deer, racoons, possum, wild turkies, bunnies and tons of squirrels run through our yard.

Winter Update 2025/2026 - still open for sniffs! We’ve taken down the hammock and the sunshade on the gazebo, and put the pool away… but still open for sniffing fun! Nearly 1/3 of an acre in Roseville available for your dog to sniff until their heart’s content! Open mowed grassy area wide enough for zoomies and long enough for fetch, as well as natural/unmanicured shaded areas for “jungle sniffari’s”. Not far off of Highway 36 and 35E, enjoy the perks of room to run while having the privacy of your own space. Plenty of seating for humans underneath a shaded gazebo, with a table and basic amenities for guest use. Please be aware that we do have other dogs in the neighborhood. This includes our direct neighbors to the north, who we share a chain link fence with. If you are visiting on an evening or weekend, there’s a good chance their dog will be outside also! Be careful of any ice that may be around - the “grippy stuff” I put down is cat litter for traction… totally dog safe!
