Hello! I have 2.5 fully fenced in acres for your dog to run, sniff and explore. I do have goats on the property (and my neighbors) that are fenced separately, but dogs have access to smell them. Large dogs aren’t able to access goats, but a very small dog might be able to climb through the fence although we try hard to keep it blocked off. There are horses, goats, donkeys, and chickens nearby, but not on the property. There’s a small pond with fish and frogs, and a pool that dogs can access. I have a small dog who will bark when I am outside but stops when I’m with him. There are several cats on the property who are used to large dogs and very good at disappearing. I also have two small pastures that can be closed off to keep dogs in a smaller area if necessary. Lots of trees for shade. Our grass is always cut down and we keep the property watered so no sign of rattlesnakes. During the summer months, there are lots of stickers if the dogs venture off the grass. We have had several dogs come visit the property and they always love coming back. I try to meet everyone for their first visit but if I can’t I will send a message letting you know. If you would prefer not to be bothered just let me know. Some dogs like their space, I won’t be offended at all. There is a picnic table by the pool so feel free to bring a snack and enjoy. 2 acres of a (previously used) horse arena and large grass area.. plenty of areas for dogs to run! Please park in the front dirt area next to the gate and enter through the walk through fence. There is a trash can on the driveway you can use for any poop bags and a bowl of fresh water by the arena entrance, as well as 2 chairs and a table. The entire property is fenced but please keep the pups in the arena or anywhere in the front/ sides of the house :) Feel free to pick some lemons from our tree, just kindly ask for a small donation via my Venmo !
