Available Oct 31-March31, these are seasonally available pastures, grazed during the warmer months. 15+ fully fenced grassy acres, including a pond. Acreage is divided into 3 areas, with gates open or closed to limit or expand running space. Higher areas are drier, puddles in the lower spots. Pastures are vacant through the winter months. Parking is along a private gravel dead-end road. There is a SniffSpot sign on the double green gate. There are occasional dog-walkers along the road, but otherwise the spot is private.

Gorgeous 3 acres forest surrounding your playtime with trails throughout. Fully fenced with wood posts. Fence lines up to horses and other farm animals. They are secure behind a 6 ft horse fence. Dogs on property are secured in separate fenced area. Please keep your pet on leash till secure inside fencing.

110 acres of hayfields and private forest land. NOT FENCED. dogs may be off leash as long as they remain under your control at all times. Please clean up after your dogs. RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS! ***NOTE: Expect there to be mud in places on the roads and trails during this winter season. Please plan accordingly.

This property is a walk under the canopy and in the sun. There are deer trails to go on and you will always find the road. Bring your boots during rainy season. Preferred parking is at the lower entrance (Red gate). The trail is 3/4 mile out and back with many off trail options. Learn about native plants from interpretive signs provided using resources from the Stillaguamish Tribe.

Enjoy our quiet rural setting on our 5+ acres with our fully fenced 1 acre play area for your dogs. Our beautiful very scenic Barkley Park sits on over 5 acres, just 3 miles from Old Town Lake Stevens. A little over an acre is securely and newly fenced for your dogs to free run for safe exercise. Our large acreage is open for you to explore and walk as well. Enjoy different places to sit and take in the landscape and open spaces of nature while your dogs gets to play and safe exercise. A lovely place for a picnic. Our park has both sunny areas, and shady areas at all times of the day. Please do not pick or disturb the fruit and fence lines. Fetch on a few different long, and large lawns that are non fenced, off leash, for those that are in full control of the friendly dogs. We are off the road and a safe, quiet, very private property. No mud ever, all of our property drains properly and is well maintained. We have plenty of parking, our setting is very private above large homestead acreage quiet farmland fields of the Schwarzmiller River Valley, Barkley Park is just 3 miles from old town Lake Stevens. To enter the fenced Sniffspot follow the red reflectors up the grassy lawn hill past the large livestock gate that’s at the top, go around the top corner there is a people sized gate. Easy to find, easy to enter our fenced Sniffspot. Easy latch for coming, and going. If you choose to be adventurous you may choose to visit the forest area behind the fenced area. It’s a steep hill up with natural woodland ground, lots of ferns, beautiful nature untouched. Old trails exist, we have not cleared them in recent years, feel free to explore them if you would like to just know, they are not maintained and certain times of year there is brush and ferns. We have running water with a hose for your convenience at our pump house. You may occasionally see myself, my husband or my elderly mother by the house, and patio, working on the property and gardens, area around our home. We live above farms that takes care of their fields so you may hear mowing in the distance in the valley we set above. Please do not pick, or disturb the fruit on the trees. Please keep children, and all guests off the fence line, and do not step on the gates or fencing. Shut the gates when coming, and going. Please leash your dog/dogs upon arrival until you become aware of the setting. Your reservation must include the correct number of dogs in your visit that is stated in your reservation time. Correct or update this if need be before you start your visit at Barkley Park. We are happy to share our safe quiet countryside with pups and their people. We do not meet our Sniffspot guests, with that being said, feel free to send us a text or ask if you need help with anything. Enjoy! We do offer pet boarding in our home for select clients. Everything our pup enjoys in life, is available to your pet, including a big pillow bed in the heart of our home.

This is 40 undeveloped, private wooded acres less than 15 minutes from Bellingham and 10 minutes from Mount Baker Highway. There is a long unpaved road to wander on as you adventure deeper into the property. Trails to come, until then, explore as you wish. Enjoy nature’s agility course by wandering at your will. For Pack (more than 3) Pricing, message us for a bigger discount. In the wet season, there is mud at a few low spots on the back trail. Please consider wearing boots for now.

****IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD so it is around 15 canadian*** This is a mostly open area farm field. Space includes a small wooded area within the fenced area. Bathroom available on site in the smaller barn. SMOKE FREE ZONE. Pick up after dogs, garbage bin provided. There are a few seniors visiting with mobility issues which is taken into consideration when there is poop left behind. You can always message me and let me know a general area and I can try to run out and pick it up between the next visit. There are some small gaps in the fence, so this is a great spot for large and medium sized dogs. Not a spot recommended for small dogs or severely reactive. Please keep dogs leashed until it is your time slot and are in the designated area and keep in mind you may pass another dog owner with their dog on a leash leaving or entering the spot. IF YOU CAN NOT CONTROL YOUR DOG ON A LEASH WHEN PASSING ANOTHER DOG PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS SPOT. Lots of seniors visit this spot and they may need some extra time to walk to their cars. For the most part spacing between guests has been good. Please read the essential rules the website has suggested in order to keep this a fun and safe place for dogs. Guests can be blocked from booking again if they do not respect the space or who are rude to me. Please check the spot descriptions for all details regarding animals on the property. We offer a full acre of manicured pasture. There are two wading pools for dogs to play in toys, balls, peeposts, fire hydrants, and even a large sunshade, which will put you in the mindset of the far off middle east. There are large, comfortable seats and more ! Come check us out! !
