Please bring poop bags and clean up after your dog. Trash can is available in front of garage in can with black bag. Dining table and chairs and patio are available for use. COUCH AREA UNDER PERGOLA AND UPPER PORCH ARE ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR SITTING. No Smoking or Vaping. Excessive barking is discouraged to avoid disturbing neighbors. Security Cameras are in use at all times.

There is an umbrella, but it doesn’t shade the whole space. Accessibility: It is 4 flights of stairs to get to the rooftop. The building does not have an elevator. We live 1 flight down and love dogs! We have a 10 year old Pittie mix named Cocoa. She loves all humans, but not so much dogs, so she’ll stay in our apartment during your rental.
