Experience a one-of-a-kind private park unlike anything else in the area! Nestled in a serene natural setting, this unique rental space offers a perfect escape for gatherings, events, or simply enjoying the outdoors. (**Please Note:** Access to most of the property requires crossing a creek. If it has recently rained, water levels may prevent access to certain areas. The last photo in the listing shows the section of the property that remains accessible when the creek is too high. Also, the property requires high maintenance due to its size. Country Serenity Private Dog Park In Woodland

Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. The spot is partially covered with medium bark to keep down the weeds and native grass. Given our rural location, foxtails, stickers and other nuisance weeds do exist, especially along the fence lines, as we do not use herbicides. Please come prepared for these conditions and gauge your risk tolerance for your pet. Risks may include foxtails, stickers, ticks, mosquitos, gnats, flies, uneven ground, mud. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. Let us know if you want to visit our farm store before or after your visit. We have our Gold Medal winning Frate Sole Olive oil and Copper Hill balsamic vinegar, local Woodland farmers like us. Wilderness Alley For Dogs To Run and Explore

It’s very spacious with room to run and lots of interesting spots to explore. There is a seasonal “stream” which is a small drainage ditch. Exercise caution with small dogs due to a culvert pipe which is exposed during dry weather. There are a few neighbors who use this area to walk or ride bikes home, so it’s not entirely private. Chickens, ducks, cats, and (likely) barking dogs are visible from the area. No through traffic but occasional driveway use may happen during your stay.
